We went to this Hibachi restaurant and we went around 8:40 PM. The y let us on with no issues and we sat and ate out food. When it was time to leave they were closing up and started to clean up. We were about to leave through one alley and it was closed by a cart so we went down another one the owner was mapping the floor so I was like oops make sure we don’t fall. He proceeded to yell at us like he was talking to his kids. Mind you we are frequent customers at this restaurant. I asked him of we was ok, he said we delayed them as they were supposed to be closed by now. I explained that all he had to do was tell us that we came late and we were never going to sit. I told him that it was weird that he was talking in a very nasty way to frequent paying customers. He told me never to come back again. I said you do not have to worry about us coming back the nasty way you just talked to her. We have been customers for many years and have went there to celebrate many special occasions. SMH!!!

The value for the price just isn't there. They may have a wide variety but food was cold, luke warm at best. Over cooked, dried out. The egg drop soup seemed like it was missing the egg. My California roll was so dry I couldn't eat it.

Avoid this place at all cost. Drink had a thick, old nasty piece of duct tape in it that probably came from ice machine. All hot food was cold and stale. Food and service was bad. Tip was added to the bill without my knowledge. If there is no passion, owner should shut the place down, especially when charging outrageous prices. Eat at your own risk ⚠️

AVOID!!! Honestly the WORST buffet we have ever visited. Firstly the drinks tasted like dish soap. The food was cold and dry. After a couple of reluctant bites of food we left after 5 minutes. It was inedible.

Honestly, I would not be back. The price is great, but for the exchange of food not so much. Lots of seafood, if that's something you're interested in! For meat that is not seafood, there is only a chicken kebab, broccoli and chicken, honey, chicken, and chicken wings. Oh my gosh, don't get me started on the rice. It was dry, flavorless, just plain out right not good. Desserts consist of a couple of fruit options, and four different ice cream flavors, but one was out of stock. Love that the hibachi is included in the all you can eat price. Reason for getting two stars because at least hibachi guy was quick and cooked food well and good service. We were greeted at the door and sat quickly. Our server asked us if we wanted something to drink and dead clear off our plates. Sushi selection was not that great. I love sushi!! So it was a little disappointing. I know it is a buffet, but it did not taste fresh at all.

Despite the initial allure of an all-you-can-eat buffet, the limited food choices and overall quality were far from satisfactory. The stale taste of many dishes was a recurring issue throughout my dining experience.While there was a surprising inclusion of small crayfish, the lack of adequately prepared dining utensils, especially for consuming crayfish, was a notable oversight. The absence of spoons near the soup area, which was already hard to locate, made it inconvenient and frustrating to enjoy certain dishes.The lack of staff and servers only added to the frustration. Throughout my meal, it seemed as though they were nonexistent. This was evident when my fork was taken away during plate collection and was never replaced. The absence of attentive service detracted from the overall dining experience.Despite the clean environment, the quality of certain food items was questionable. The sushi lacked flavor and freshness, while the sashimi appeared unappetizing and appeared black by the time we got our hands on it. It was definitely not fresh at all. Additionally, the hibachi grill, although visually appealing, proved to be overly salty. Even the fruits did not appear fresh, further adding to the disappointment.

My wife and I visited the Ichiban twice last year and on both occasions we found the food and service was excellent, the food we ate was hot, tasty and plentiful, we never had any issues with dirty plates or cutlery nor did we ever have staff looking over us watching what we were eating, we are going back to Orlando again this year (2023) and will be visiting the Ichiban again for sure, on one occasion we sat next to a rather big family with young children and the food and mess they left behind was unreal but the staff just cleaned it up as if it was normal, don’t be put off by the bad reviews we’ve been using the Ichiban for years, I’m a fussy eater and never had any complaints with this restaurant, Give it a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The parking lot was full, good sign. I received a table very quickly although it was very busy. I didn't realize it was this big inside. They had a Very accommodating and attentive staff. Off to the buffet. It had all the standard items for s Chinese buffet along with Sushi and Mongolia items. I'm full and will definitely return

I'd probably do 2.5 stars food and ambiance, 3 service here. The people were nice enough, although our waitress never really responded to anything, just kind of went about robotically. Not rudely though, maybe she was just tired. It could use some updating as far as decor goes but what they have they do try to keep clean because I saw them cleaning it. We sampled a bit of most everything but nothing really stood out, either good or bad. It worked for a bite in between Orlando attractions but probably not something I'd go back to.
