Returned to H&H a few weekends ago and had an incredible dinner. Mounir was our waiter and was fantastic, he made our experience that much better. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and everything we have tried here is delicious. Live music was awesome as well. Maddie was very sweet and helped us get a great table last minute on a busy holiday weekend. We will be back !

First "upper class" type restaurant I have ever been too and it was amazing. I had hesitation on whether the food would be that much better but it certainly was. The Skirt Steak was juicy and the sauce they use on it was great. My wife got the Half-Chicken dinner and said that it was the best chicken she's had in her life. We were there for a special occasion so we ended up getting some free dessert which was also delicious. The service was just as amazing as the food and all the people who worked there had great attitudes and did their jobs well.Parking: It's a Valet only restaurant as it's hosted in the Ritz Carlton.

Don’t waste your time looking at the menu. Just get the Pimento Cheese Burger. It is absolutely incredible. Janelle was amazing too!

Enjoyable breakfast and brunch food with cozy atmosphere. Baked items such as bread, muffins, and pastries were unremarkable, but the omelettes, fruit, French toast, sausage and other staples were quite good. We went back and will do so again.

Impeccable service and OMG…the food!If in doubt, just ask for recommendations - though I doubt any choice would be regrettable — YES, it’s that good! Make sure to leave room for dessert (just take a doggie bag if needed) you’ll be glad you did. I had the mini-donuts — both yummy and fun, I’ll leave it at that for you to be surprised.
Food average, service was good, loud and family friendly atmosphere. Large area downstairs with pool tables. They gave a kids menu which is $17 but includes large portions and drink.

I came to H&H for breakfast because the items on the online menu were numerous looked appetizing. This was misleading because they did not have nearly as many choices in reality. The limited choices would not have been a problem if there was some love put in the food. The food was tolerable at best. For that price point and being inside of the Ritz they need to do better. Much better.

had lunch and really enjoyed the house double cheeseburger w/ very tasty fries. while I am not vegan, my wife is and there was only one entree that was suitable. at a place like this, I expect better. vegans aren't rare these days, they live amongst us! prices are ridiculously high but the location is within the Ritz-Carlton, so that was expected. server was prompt and friendly.
Our server, Steve, did a wonderful job recommending items on the impressive menu. We celebrated my wife's birthday and Steve made it extra special. We had an awesome dinner. Thank you!!! Mike from Chicago

Service and food were not up to pre-pandemic Ritz-Carlton standards, but still satisfactory. Value falls a bit below signature dinning at a Disney resort, but acceptable. Grandeur, interior design, architectural detail, and maintenance of property and architecture however are still unequaled. Lots of indoor space for a long walk after diner on a cold or rainy night. Highball & Harvest is popular with the trendy set. Fine jeans and an untucked dress shirt. A safe destination for those looking for an excuse to use the Bentley, or the Lamborghini.
Made reservations for “bar area booth”. This was NOT provided. Had to sit long way from bar Music was way too loud, could not have a reasonable conversation with water or guests. Not good...

Great food. I really enjoyed the kids buffet and I enjoyed eating the surprise burger. My mom and dad enjoyed the dinner and salads. The dinner was a great five star and it was a nice evening. Sincerely, Anna, age 10

This is not your typical hotel restaurant! The setting is comfortable, yet upscale, the service was absolutely outstanding and the menu, although not vast, had all the right dishes. Whether, fish, chicken or burger, the food far exceeded our expectations...the dishes are unique, tremendously tasty and the food is plentiful...you will not have room for desert!Parking: valet...paid by the restaurant.
