Okay. We came back two days later for the mortadella and pernil sandwiches. They were as good as the photos led us to believe! Amazing!! The fries were also so yummy! This place has amazing food! Stop looking and just come enjoy the food for yourself!! The capirihna was amazing too!! Gustavo was great also. Very friendly and took great care of our table!! We now have a new regular place!!

Tonight gave a 3 stars because we had much more oil than usually. Would give 3.5 but not possible. The atmosphere it's nice and employees awesome, maybe was just today, as the left time everything was amazing. Will return for sure

Great service! At the end of the meal, Chef Gabriel even came over to check in. However, the food was lacking. Codfish pastels- delicious and piping hot! I wish there were no olives, but these were good Fried pork- PASS! Way overcooked and little meat. My jaws hurt from chewing on these. Picanha- overcooked (I ordered medium and got well done) and a bit under seasoned Rice and beans- the best part of the meal in my opinion A nicer option for a meal after a shopping day at the mall, but the food wasn't great on this day.

I just ate way more food than any human should, I basically just asked them to give me everything that is traditional Brazilian that they recommend. No one can say that I'm not a champ after that meal. From the adult drinks to the apps to the meal to the dessert. Everything was excellent. And the service was top notch as well. Even the yuca dust, which I assumed would be weird and tasteless was amazing. So much flavor. Huge props. Fixed what was a crappy day of travel to that point.

Hands down!!!! The best burger I have ever had in my life!!!! Make sure you try it! The HB Goc a burger with their garlic mayonnaise! Damn that was a good burger!

The wait staff was friendly. But, the food was much too expensive for what we got. Also, my meal came-out a full 10 minutes before my wife's meal. So, we ended-up awkwardly splitting my meal and then awkwardly splitting hers. Finally, my wife ordered the 'PORTO / GOMES DE SÁ CODFISH (Shredded codfish in Gomes de Sa style) which was a very small portion for $34 (plus a ludicrously large portion of white rice) that was so salty, we both winced at the first bite. One important final note. There is literally no vegetables on the menu except for onions mixed with some orders and salads. I'm saddened actually, because the location is convenient and the place is bright and inviting. But, I don't think it's worth going to again.

We were looking forward to the experience but was not very impressed. I lived 12 years in Uruguay and have traveled numerous times to Brazil. Dishes were very inconsistent, some very salty and some had no flavor at all. Service was ok, the lady forgot a couple of orders and mixed up the right temperature for the steak and on top of everything put in a 20% tip for her self in the bill. NOT Cool. I normally don't write reviews but this time I think the reviews in this restaurant is not accurate at all. Maybe reviews are from friends... who knows. I saw many reviews about how good the empanadas were and the truth is that they are below average, very dry and salty. If you are looking for a good Brazilian food experience Hocca is not the place.

Second time coming here and was hoping to have a better experience. Super clean inside. Short staffed again which means if you're coming in your lunch plan on being super late. They changed the menu item and raised the prices which is expected during the current climate but $5 for a bottle of water is uncool, the regular water is not as tasty so they don't serve it. Overall great tasting food with attention to quality

THE HB CHALLENGE Comes with 2 grilled homemade burguer, melted cheese, onion ring wrapped in bacon, lettucce, tomato, caramelized onions, homemade mayo, and another onion ring wrapped in bacon, stacked high with more onions rings on the top!!
