Needs more improvement on food service communication and the atmosphere feels out of place and not pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they show some more improvement upon their performance and attitude and communication

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hooters on Kirkman and I must say, it was an exceptional experience thanks to our waitress, Nicole. From the moment we sat down, Nicole's friendly demeanor and warm smile made us feel right at home. She was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the meal, ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Not only was Nicole professional, but she also added a touch of fun to our dining experience, making us feel like valued guests. And let's not forget about the food - it was absolutely delicious! Overall, thanks to Nicole's outstanding service and the amazing food, our lunch was truly memorable. We will definitely be returning soon, and I highly recommend asking for Nicole as your waitress!

My party of 3 and I waited 15 minutes for water after ordering our food and adult beverages. Nothing at the table after 20 minutes. Needless to say, we walked out and drove across street to IHOP. Service was great over there. Also, I need to mention- Hooter was staffed well and place empty. Just ridiculous.....

On March 10, I made an online purchase by mistake in this store, that same day I requested a refund, they told me that it would take 2 to 3 days because it was Sunday, but it didn't arrive, I called the store and the manager told me to wait for the Thursday or Friday of that week, the refund did not arrive either, I called again and they told me that it takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund because they are different banks, it is the last straw because in no store, even if they are different banks, does the refund take that long It seems like they don't want to give me a refund.

I don't eat the food since it is very unhealthy. But the place is ok. Grab a beer here now and then. The service is good, bee list is mediocre. They have one true craft beer now and then. The building could use a gut job and a make over, but that is typical to all hooters.Parking: Parking lot could use some new strips, better lighting and some security.
