For a few days I had planned to go to eat at this restaurant and I really didn’t like the fact of eating with such loud music, unfortunately I had to go because I found the loud music very uncomfortable.

Good location, lots of parking, concerning when you have big vehicles.Did you walk in the place is very spacious without music it took a while for us to be seated but as soon as he was we had service right away, service was well orchestrated, quick and precise. Attending as well. If you're looking for crab legs no need to go anywhere else. The rest of the seafood also fantastic. Children's menu is everything the kid needs or wants.The only issue we had was the loud music playing overhead We asked to have it turned down but was denied, ask to change the style of music and also denied.That made it difficult for our party to enjoy the outing more.. I do recommend it overall just be prepared for lots of noise

Beware - they determine the weight of their items based on when the food is frozen. So when I ordered two pounds of snow crabs I only received 3 clusters weighing in (cooked) at 1.2 pounds. When I called to speak with their manager, he justified this approach.The food is not worth the money. In Orlando there are tons of crab options and I recommend you go somewhere else to get same quality food but for half the price.

They mixed up my order. Then over salted my food then told me they can not exchange my food at all. The manager thought it was OK to replace the sauce on over salted food. I've never seen soup broth as a seasoning for food. Horrible food and horrible service.

This is one of my favorite place to eat out. The foods are great, the staffs are kind and nice and professional. I usually get shrimp with heads on, green mussles, clams, and add potatoes, corns, and steamed rice. I usually go for hot n juicy, extra spicy. They are so great. If you are not good at spicy foods, no worries, there are levels from mild to extra spicy. Also, you can request for sauce on the side. They give you disposable gloves, and kindly provide alcohol wipes after you are done eating. Again, highly recommend this place.

We came here for the first time for some drinks, and crab.Sabrina was our server. She was kind, but lacked in service.I’m a server myself, and I always do my best to go above, and beyond for my customers. In this establishment, that doesn’t seem to exist.The music was really loud, and banging in our ears above our table.The alcoholic beverages were mid, and the calamari was good, but the marinara sauce for it came out cold. SMHWe asked for 2 small samples of the sauce used for crabs, and was told that they can’t give out any samples because the kitchen is strict on that rule. Our server didn’t even try to ask the kitchen, or a manager, even though we were willing to pay for the samples. ?Anyways, after being told we couldn’t sample any of the sauces, we asked for the check, paid, and left. Went to 192 crab and lobster instead.There is no reason for us to order crab if we don’t know what the sauce taste like.It was our first, and last time going there.Way to cater to your customers!

I had catfish and fries. It was too hard. Did not enjoy it but my party had the seafood bag and it was very good. One waitress was there and she was awesome and covered the whole restaurant.

Service was good but food was so nasty. I'm not sure if they changed ownership or hired a new chef from 6 years ago but the seafood bags are totally different. They now put SUGAR in the crab seasoning so instead of having a garlic, tangy, flavor it's like eating sugar crabs. Yuk. Plus the chicken wings are the prebreaded ones that you just need to heat up. Chicken was mushy. Never again
