The Hungry Crab sea food broil did not disappoint. Big portions and seasoned to perfection. A bit more potatoes than what I like, but I was satisfied with my meal and my co-workers enjoyed theirs as well. This restaurant is located on the strip mall on the corner of Alafaya and Colonial. From the outside you really can’t tell how big the place is inside. I was surprised to see how empty it was. The staff was friendly, we were seated immediately, ordered and got our food unexpectedly fast. I like that our food came with an apron and gloves because it helped minimize the mess. I will definitely be coming back.

Food was mediocre, at best. Crawfish were nasty and not fresh, even though I asked the server if the crawfish were fresh and he confirmed they were. Shrimp were decent. All in all, we spent over 90$ and it was not worth it. Calamari were trash too, greasy and too simple… staff was nice and spot is open late, the only good things I noticed.

We are visiting from Oklahoma and I don’t as trying to find some good seafood. My husband said this is the best seafood boil he has ever had. He got the shrimp and snow crab with garlic butter. I got the fried tilapia and it was good but not great. I would still recommend this place because service was great, drinks were good and you definitely need to try the boil.

Walked in. Looked like any other seafood place trying to convey that relaxed have a drink and some crab legs atmosphere. Had to wait to be seated. Once she showed up, (about five minutes) I really only wanted to hang at the bar. Asked if I could she stated yes. Waited at the bar five more minutes with no one around. Walked out. She told me to have a good one on the way out. Don't know how it tasted because customer service sucked. My feelings. There are plenty of people serving seafood. Why give them business if they don't care to have it.

I gave 2 stars because at least the food was hot. I ordered the Hungry Combo 2 and my daughter ordered the shrimp with crawfish. She got hot seasoning and I got mild, our sauces taste the same. Bland and just nasty! I don’t know why they cut back on the amount of sauce they put in the bag. ( yes I do, they are being greedy and trying to get make it straight to make more money) The problem with that is if the food is cook with no seasoning, then you put a drop of sauce in the bag that doesn’t cover the food. You will have bland nasty food. This was my first time ordering and won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money

I loved this place. I went yesterday with my sister and her coworkers and the service was amazing, the waitress “Keana” was so kind and friendly and made such great recommendations that I fell in love with. The food was so delicious and didn’t have a “fishy” taste even with it being seafood and the seafood was delicious all the way through. I really recommend the “hungry sauce” it has all the sauce/seasoning options in one and taste delicious. I ordered the S1 hungry special which was $33 (before tax). It had potato, corn, crab, shrimp, and muscles. Our waitress was graceful enough to switch out the 2 eggs for an extra potato and corn (I can’t have eggs due to dietary restrictions so I’m so grateful I didn’t have to pick it out my food and she understood and switched it immediately).Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat eggs so when I ordered S1 hungry special that came with 2 eggs, my waitress (Keana), quickly offered to exchange the eggs with one potato and corn instead of the eggs. I really do appreciate it because I really cannot have eggs in my meals due to health problems.
