Very friendly staff and great tasting food.Parking: Great place to eat on route to airport, give yourself a bit of extra time as our food was being cooked fresh, sadly we didn't have enough time left to add a sweet and coffee to our meal.

First time and last time, total disappointment from the long wait to cold food and water downed eggs! Never had seen over medium eggs fill with water before I showed the service and she apologized and i said i didn’t want any more eggs and she said she would bring me new ones i said no it ok she said i would still have to pay for it. We also got a chicken on a biscuit that was so cold and biscuit was all in pieces did not look appetizing at all. We were planning to have breakfast here everyday for our stay since we’re staying next door, we’ll walk across the street to McDonald’s!

In simple words, don’t waste your time and money coming to this restaurant. Under staffed, slow service, and food quality under par. Waited 25 minutes to be seated, not bad… but then waited 30 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us and take our order. 25 minutes after that, the order came, incomplete.

Upon arrival, the table we were sat at was visibly dirty.We placed an order for the Big Steak omelet but received an omelet full of pork - we never received the pancakes and had to request several times to receive our beverages.While the manager was apologetic, the lack of service was not acceptable.We will ensure to bypass this particular IHOP in the future.
Very good service, they go out of their way to serve you and inform you how your order is going, they give you a smile and a positive attitude. Good freshly prepared and hot food.
