Incredibly Edible did an amazing job with catering our wedding. We got so many compliments on how delicious the food was! It's hard to find affordable and tasty wedding catering, but that is exactly what Incredibly Edible does. They were so helpful when deciding what options would be best for our wedding day. We were able to do a tasting and figure out what menu would work best with our budget. They helped us substitute the pricier items for equally delicious cheaper options! Incredibly Edible was awesome on the wedding day with setting up, serving, tearing down, and cleaning. They were extremely professional and made sure that everything was exactly like we planned! Horrible! I placed an order for breakfast and told them our guests will be arriving at 7:30am with a meeting start time of 8am. I was told that they would deliver and set up at 7am. They didn't arrive until 7:55am!!! The delivery driver gave me several excuses on why they were late. He even tried to turn it around on me telling me that I should've told them our guests were our CEO, CFO, and other corporate officials!!! It's now 4pm and I still haven't received an offer of apology from the owner or catering manager. They are very unprofessional and the food wasn't great either. They focused more on the presentation than the taste. I'll never use them again.

I have had Dawn and Vicky cater most all our events we do in Orlando area and have always been very impressed with their price, service, quality of food and presentation. They have been there for me for over the past 10 years and my guests have always raved about the food. Even when I had last minute events, they are dependable and responsive. In all the years, there has only been one incident where an order was wrong, but they owned it, and fixed the situation more than they needed to and for that I am grateful. This is a follow up review. The owner personally contacted me and did a free breakfast in place of the error. They also stated they fired the person who caused this issue. I like that they stood up and took responsibility. The replacement breakfast was wonderful.

Vicky Daws and Incredibly Edible Catering did an excellent job at our recent event of 100 guests! We held a reception and tour of our radio station facility here at UCF, last Saturday, April 20th (2013) - and VIcky personally delivered the food and the beautiful setups. The display was customized in our UCF colors and even the desserts had a UCF theme. Also, we scheduled this on a last-minute basis - as our previously scheduled caterer cancelled on us, three days before the event! Vicky and her company were recommended to me by a friend. She was extremely helpful thruout the process, helping us select the right menu, keeping it within our budget, and also, coming thru with more than what we'd actually contracted for! Our guests were extremely complimentary, I'm still getting calls and compliments today - 3 days after the event! Incredibly Edible's is known amongst those who frequently visit the downtown area as having a handsome selection of sandwiches. Being a afficionado for a fine quality sandwich, I knew from first glance at the menu I was going to have a great time. My experience with IE can only be surmised by One Republic's song "all the right moves, in all the right places..." granted that's not for a sandwich but you get the point! The sandwich I had one my first adventure to IE was a club sandwich with a tangerine based whipped cream and my gawd was it amazing!! The environment is rather quaint and definitely exudes an older feel. It's simple and yet refreshing to have big open windows and old dinner chairs/tables to sit and eat. Price isn't expensive by any meaning of the word and as such I would definitely revisit time and time again to try out various other delectable items!

Stay clear of this second rate caterer. -Once they got my deposit, the coordinator was difficult to reach and avoided questions regarding the event details -They offered a tasting prior to the event. The food was very good, but then, it was freshly prepared. -The event food was mediocre. Hors d'oeuvres barely warm and rubbery. -They were late setting up, thus late starting. To top it off, the coordinator (who was one of the 3 staff there) DISAPPEARED for 45 minutes as the event was to start. They said she had to get ice. That left the bartender and only one person to prepare and pass the appetizers. Not the service I paid for. And the ice? We had plenty, and when she returned, she was not carrying ice. -I paid for a tenderloin carving station with a chef attending. There was no chef, and when the meat was brought out, it was already sliced (shredded actually) and lukewarm. -When I asked for a refund on the $150 chef fee, I got an argument and a major attitude. -They did refund the fee, and when the final invoice came it came with a nasty letter from the coordinator telling me she felt "put down" and that I should have paid more attention to my guests than to what they were doing. Really. I'm paying approx. $85 per person. I think one has a right to complain when the service and food is not as promised. -Thankfully most of the guests had a great time and didn't notice the flaws (except those who were helping me plan the party) -And to answer the coordinator who told me to go elsewhere in the future, you bet I will! Lesson learned.

Incredibly Edible rocks! I first found out about this place because my company sometimes uses their catering for meetings. So I was thrilled when I found out that they actually have a little place in front of the Amtrak station that's open for lunch. Their food is awesome- it's basic fare such as sandwiches and salads but with a twist. The roast beef and brie sandwich on a brioche type bun is out of the world. Every day they usually have a hot lunch special ( the beef tips over noodles is OMG good) a soup special and a sandwich special. The prices are a little high for lunch and the service isn't always that great but the food simply has me coming back for more.
