I'm not sure what all the hype is about. They are just cookies. I ordered for a 12:15 PM delivery, however, I did not receive my cookies until nearly 7:00 PM. The cookies were warm, but it was obvious they had been sitting in the box for a while. They were all wilted. The sugar cookies were good. I didn't like the snickerdoodle. The chocolate chip cookies were OK as well. Although I enjoyed the cookies, I won't be spending any more money there. I can make the exact same cookies at home for a lot less.

Inconsistent quality. Half the time cookies are overdone or not warm. Other half delicious. Not sure why such quality issues. Over priced as well in my opinion.
Ordered through the app and they left my shift outside for who knows how long without calling, texting, or even knocking on the door. Everything was ice cold when it was brought in.

Ordered Chocolate Chip, Walnut Oatmeal Cookie. It was crumbly, salty sweet and not in a good way. I thought this would be a hit out of ball park w/ a warm cookie and cup of coffee. Probably won't revisit this shop. Visualized a decadent pop of flavor that turned out to be a bust.

Never will use them again, they came to deliver. “Couldn’t contact me via phone” even though I checked contactless delivery. Went back to the store, didn’t tell me. I call after seeing no updates..and they just thought it was ok to keep my money and not delivery anything. I had my full address and email and could have reached out. I called the store and after making up excuses that were not acceptable the employee hung up on me because they “can’t deal with me right now”
Over priced and Over hyped. Basic cookies. Have you been to Crumbl? That's a cookie! Card only. The company is afraid of germs on cash.
