Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Very much what you expect from a Chillis located in Orlando. Acceptable service. Dull and not very pleasant surroundings. Large plates of food where quantity is more important than quality.

This was the first place we decided to visit for a family of 9 and we had to wait a little (understandably without a reservation) but we were greeted and taken care of immediately. The restaurant had a great family vibe and the waiter took care of us, food was superb and the refillable drinks were always kept full. The waiter made our visit extra special taking care of our kids and even went as far to create a chocolate milkshake for my son as they didn’t have any chocolate milk so they made one with some sauce which was fun. Reasonable prices and superb service we will visit before we return home, highly recommended.

Walked in and the while place was dirty smelled like rotten fish. Didn't have half the stuff on the menu food was nasty service wasn't great either didn't even get the food. I walked out without part of my meal worse chili's ever and I've been to many up and down the east coast!!!! Stay clear!!!!!

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

No common wines such as Zinfandel or Moscato. No common condiments - what is a quesadilla without sour cream? Pretty dirty. Not geared for repeat business by locals

Terrible experience. Wings had NO sauce. And our dry rub order was drowning in sauce. Fries were gross and inedible. Total waste of $30.

Looked like someone bit into 3 boneless wings we ordered. Nuggets were sized about a quarters width. They literally just drizzled sauce over the nuggets. It’s not mixed whatsoever. Fries are undercooked. Should I go on? First and last time ordering from this location.

Corporate is definitely not paying attention to this restaurant at Semoran blvd. I’ve lived in the Orlando area for 20+ years and all the restaurants around are already fully staffed after COVID. Since the beginning of COVID in Orlando (March 2020) this Chili's has been always short staff and the host in the front is ALWAYS SAYING “wait time is 35 to 45 minutes” to make people leave. Around 7 group of people left before we were seated. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and the waitress was very unfriendly. The The food was okay. It doesn't even feel like a Chili’s. Very unfortunate.
