Had wings delivered. I took one bite and it was raw. I called them to inform them and they were very apologetic. They told me they would remake them and cook them longer so they would be fresh and crispy. I picked them up and went home seeing how I had just gotten off of work. I went to share them with my family and every single wing we bit into was still raw. I will never be back.

Well is not too bad I like the chicken, the breaded is bad, and the is not too much sauce, bbq its too dry for me. The fries is horrible you can see I separate the fries because taste bad feels old no crunchy. The cheesecake is good taste nice.Food 4/10 good chicken, good cook, bad breaded, Very little sauce but taste good. Fries is just horribleDessert 10/10

The Garlic Parmesan wings were extremely salty and overcooked. I'm rating a 1 star and not a zero, only because the food was ready when I went for pickup.

Great location, near everything. Well appointed and spacious so you don’t feel like you are on top of everyone. Plenty of accessible seating and a bar area that was hopping on a Friday at lunch! There was a bit of a wait as they had some large parties and staffing seems to be a little light. The waitstaff however was excellent and very efficient. The food was great, as I have been to many CHILIS so I already knew what to expect. What I wasn’t expecting was the real good presentation of the food! Although this is “higher end fast food” it was really nice to feel like the food brought to our table wasn’t just thrown on a plate. The cooks took the time to really make every dish look great! The french fries were my only complaint as they tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Other than that the food was very good. I opted for an additional cost by getting a side salad instead of a different side and I was not disappointed. It looked like it could have been served in an upscale restaurant! Overall our dining experience was great and the staff very attentive. Since this location is so close to other locations in the area I go to regularly, I will definitely be back! It is obvious the management takes pride in this location and the accessibility is excellent! Thanks.

Completely ridicules!!! Ordered on line Smokehouse Combo On all the options it does not have a choice of ribs, therefore you would assume that it comes with Baby backs as that is what it is described. Well, NO!!! it came with NO RIBS!!! Talked to the Manager which was no help at at all. Told me he wrote an e-mail to the IT department, well that does not help me right now does it. I don't care about their issue with their IT department I care about my food and what I ordered for $100.00. I will never order form Chillies again and furthermore, I will make sure I will spread the word to all my friends and anyone I know about my great experience with them. Order ribs but get none. What a JOKE!!!!

My sister and I placed an order for curbside pickup. We arrived and parked in the designated curbside area and checked in. We waited and waited and decided to go in and check on the order because it had been sometime. The lady (wish I took her name but she is a white women that wears glasses) asked our name to lookup the order. Upon providing her with my name she advised that they did not have my order. I showed a copy of my emailed receipt in which she told me that the order had already been picked up 20 minutes ago. We arrived 20 minutes ago, checked in, and never received anything. This woman stood in front of us and went back and fourth accusing us about basically stealing food. So my sister asked her, if someone brought the food out, she should be able to show us the employee and get confirmation that the food was delivered. At this point her story changes to “the food might have been given to the wrong person” and “I don’t know who would have taken the food out”. Funny thing is, nobody was outside delivering food and there were no other cars next to us so there is no way the food was delivered to someone else. This was such a horrible experience and I will never give my business to Chilli’s again. The manager finally came out and issued a full refund but honestly at this point who even wants to eat from this type of establishment. Never received an apology. I can’t think of any other reason for this treatment besides blatant racism.

These wings were disgusting. They were undone. It made my family and I sick with upset stomachs for the remainder of the night, and the next morning. The wings are huge, and almost look fake. The fries were ok though.
Wings with dry ranch are soft and gummy. Fries taste like last week's dirty oil. Fruit pie is raw. STAY AWAY!!! Will never order from this POS place again ??????

My wife ordered the Cajun Dry Rub because it was listed as “hot”. There was no heat and my 6 yr old ate half of them because they tasted like plain wings.

The smoked wings add a nice hint of smokey flavor, but the wings were way over cooked to the point of being dry, with very little sauce on them. What I could taste, the Buffalo sauce was average. The Apple BBQ was decent but left a strange after taste that wasn't appealing.
