Recently went for a birthday dinner. Our staff, family, and friends love this place. I went to the bar to grab a drink on the way to our table. I didn't think it was a big deal but apparently you can't be served if you have a table. Not being able to order a drink from the bar right when we got our table seems odd. I was trying to just enjoy 1 drink while our table was getting settled for our 20 top. They could of moved my tab to the table to closed me out i would of tipped them either way. The bar was dead so it didn't seem like it was a huge inconvenience too.

Korean bbq nestled along the water close to the downtown of Orlando. Busy Sunday night with a great energetic atmosphere, the food was quick and service was excellent.

I had dinner here the other day & it was actually really good, I like all of the options on the menu & I really liked the restaraunt environment. The red hair girl working was really nice and helpful. It was honestly a bit pricey but i guess thats just what comes with Kbbq. Ill be coming here again if im craving

I had dinner here on a weekday to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic our experience was. Our server, Nino, was attentive and charismatic throughout the whole night; even though we were a fairly large party, he was patient and addressed any/all of our questions with friendliness and enthusiasm. His presence helped to make the night a truly memorable one—I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!!

I took my family (me, my wife and my son) to eat at this place and the regret was deep and instantaneous. The cost was $39 per person for an expensive and unpleasant experience. Starting from the fact that the first information that is given when you sit down at the table is that the tip there will be 18%, even before any information about the food or the restaurant we were already embarrassed by the information that the tip there is mandatory at 18%. % and whether we would agree with that, which was very strange to us as tip is normally a subject to be discussed at the end of the experience and without much pressure regarding the percentage. Then it started: terrible buffet, nigiri that came to the table had very hard and fibrous tuna cut along the grain, which immediately turned on the red light in our minds regarding the quality of the fish and the skill of whoever was handling the fish in the kitchen , the sirloin marinade was terrible, hot holls and exaggeratedly large niguiris full of avocado, meat brought to the table to be cooked on the grill was 70% tallow and fat, the shrimp brought to the table was fresh with its head, legs and feces in the gut and the waiter He even tried to convince us that cleaning the shrimp at the table would be “part of the experience”, anyway, we paid for everything of low quality to eat meat that was pure tallow and clean shrimp at the table. Bad service, despite the waiter's efforts in trying to serve properly, he was unable to do so due to being the only one to serve many tables. The worst part was that we asked for more napkins and the person who was watching the buffet didn't let us get them, said he would bring them to the table and never did, they even adjusted the napkins. Run away from this place, it's an exorbitant price for a torturous experience. At the end we informed the waiter that the experience was disappointing and that unfortunately we wouldn't pay, we paid for dinner and left to have a snack at Five Guys as we left hungry. Escape from this place

My girlfriend and myself have come here for over two years to enjoy sushi or KBBQ. The staff has always been amazing, in my honest opinion this is one of the BEST KBBQ places in Orlando! This is a must try if you like any kind of beef, sushi, or any Japanese style cuisine! I cannot give this place enough praise for how much we enjoy the food!

They don’t take orders, you sit and wait for someone to come. Then I always eat bimbimbab and they brought it without sauce, saying that the sauce had run out. I only came for this.

Celebrated my aunts birthday last week. The food is amazing and a lot for 49.99 per head for eating all you can. The best thing is to order what you can eat or else you'll pay double. This place restaurant has zero waste policy, which is the right thing to do..

My girlfriend and I came in after exploring Snowbean and wanting to have dinner and drinks. It was happy hour; we paid $40 (pricey) for a double shot of Patron and Pibb and a tropical margarita. After, we got sat for all you can eat Korean BBQ at $31 per person. This was a disaster and the reason why we won’t be back. Our server Hung had two tables of 10+ people, our table, and probably a few other tables. In the span of an hour he forgot our drinks, brought the wrong meat, and checked in with us twice—the only times to confirm what our next meat order was. To be fair, he was handling a lot, but the subpar communication and awkwardness of having to stop him as he ran from table to table really killed the experience. When it came time to pay, Hung left us waiting again. The only real service from Hung came as we stood up and walked over to the hostess to ask if we could pay in the front, and explain our frustrations with his service and the super long wait times—he ran after us, maybe thinking we were going to walk out on our tab? I asked about gratuity because I personally was not going to tip for the service and he proceeded to remind me that we signed up for the mandatory 18% the minute we sat down. In regards to the food—we barely touched our orders. I tried to love the sirloin tip steak and marinated chicken, along with the house fried rice, but after the first few bites my partner and I were nauseous. None of the food, except for vegetables, tasted fresh. We were really excited to find a new place to love in Orlando but Izziban is a now a solid no. Price/service/food were all 0s.

So idk why the Metro West location kept the old menu with bento boxes and sushi specials and this location didnt but I will no longer be coming to the East Colonial location. The 20+ dollars you save on your meal is worth the extra 15 minute drive.
