Alex was our server and he was excellent. He had the food coming out at the right times. All the tapas were excellent as well as the 2-person paella. We enjoyed the sangria and the food. Definitely 5-star service.

Chef's tasting menu was one of the best tapas meals we have ever had. Miquel (waiter) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jose needs to open a location in NY or Philly so we can regularly.

Our dining experience started awful and gradually got a bit better. Arrived 15 minutes early for a reservation at 5:45 on 5/4/24, checked in and waited till 6:05 for a table. The 4 girls at the hostess stand looked dazed and confused and I'm quite sure they were seating walk ins before us. Not only were they awful at their jobs they were unfriendly and acted very snobby when I went to the hostess stand twice to find out why we couldn't get seated. Once seated our waiter Eric was awesome, friendly, helpful and had a great personality. Give Eric 5 stars because he was the highlight of the evening. The meal was so so. The cheese was great but a small portion, the spinach and pine nut dish was very good and a better portion the chicken stuffed with cheese was ok but honestly the 5 little pieces they gave us wasn't enough to share. All in all it was a very pricey meal for a little food and some snotty girls at the front. Thank you Eric for being the only bright star at Jaleo. First and last time there and I had high hopes.

Our waitress Anapaola and server Jose were THE best!! Explained everything and answered all of our questions. When they didn't know an answer they would make the effort to find it out. We did the jaleo tasting and it did not disappoint!! Everything that was served was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like is when you sit inside it tends to be a bit loud so it's hard to hear. But other than that everything else was perfect! Great way to celebrate a birthday!! Thank you!!

We ate outside, overlooking the lake, so it was very quiet. We had the tapas tasting menu. I lost track f the dishes st 12; each time I thought we were finished, another dish arrived. Each one was astonishingly good. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. We loved every minute of the experience.
Ricardo is a fantastic chef who not only prepares excellent food but also takes the time to come to each table and share his passion for cooking. The waiter was also exceptional and provided excellent service.

I want to clarify we attended with a group through HGV. What you see on the table is for a party of 4. I would consider it for 2. The tapas that were supposed to come out hot were Luke warm to cold. The drinks were decent but overpriced...still decent. The carne asada on the rare side...salmon cold..anillo shrimp cold...avocado salad..very good....cono de queso good...The cheesecake was not dense very mushy. The flan was also very mushy..I have had better from Walmart ( Kozy shack and RAYMUNDO'S)The server Grezia she did a phenomenal job with the group.

I purchased the expensive Disney dining package for two people, expecting a convenient and enjoyable dining experience. However, our visit to Jaleo Restaurant at Disney Springs was a letdown. The food was not impressive, and to make matters worse, we still had to pay for our meal despite having the dining plan.I would advise against using the Disney dining package at Jaleo Restaurant. It's not worth the cost and hassle." You can't order whatever's you want from menu as well. They have different menu for dining plan. Not worth to try.

Not what we expected. Paella was extremely salty, we ordered one Tapa just for test. Flavor was good but too small for the price that we had to pay reason why we did not order more. We decided to go for the Sangria and felt like we were drinking a wine with 0 flavor. Very difficult to explain expecting the sangria to be the best drink here since this door is from “Spain” Recommend 1000% the Gin tonic. It was fantastic and price was worth it. Other than that we got for all above an almost $400.00 bill and leaving with a very disappointing experience. Not worth it. This place needs assessment and improvement.

We have been a couple of times to this wonderful restaurant before, but it was our first time for dinner. We always leave super happy from the food and service, but his time, our server, I hope I got it right, Andreano was excellent!We ordered Paella for the first time, and he kept checking on us, making sure we knew how much more we needed to wait, etc. We really felt taken care of.The entire experience was fantastic, as well as the food.We will definitely be back.Muchas gracias por tan linda experiencia y noche. 100% recomendado.

The food is good, the service was excellent. But we did the $100 per person experience to try all the different tapas, everything was good but there was no protein option till the very last tapas where they brought one tiny piece of steak for two people. I didn't know if to laugh or what to do, so I just let my husband eat the small piece of steak . We paid $305 with tip included to eat bread, one sausage, spinach, a small omelet, bread with tomato and tiny piece of ham, a tiny octopus salad and the tiny steak. The only good part was dessert they brought two types and it was full size dessert. Like I said the service was amazing our server was the sweetest and most informative. The pricing is what I feel does not pair with the size and type of food they are serving.
