i place my order online when i got there they didn't have all the bagels that i had ordered so i had to settle for duplicates an a attitude from the counter employee like if it was my mistake for ordering the wrong item..

Amazing! best bagels in central FL for sure. I drive out of my way to pick up a dozen. Love the different cream cheeses they have. I recently tried the cold brew and it was also great.

Just wanted to give this place a huge shout out, bc their bagels are simply awesome! I have not gone in person, but i ordered some on ubereats today. It was my first time trying them and i was rather impressed! The bagels were so soft and fresh, along with the cream cheese. You guys are opening a location off Orange ave, which is literally across the street from me so i will be coming in often! The best bagels I’ve had in Orlando!

Terrible approach to new customer’s experience. Excited to try out this well-spoken of establishment; the bagel was not worth how many times I was told “No” by the employee. I knew there were limitations because they are not a restaurant but a “grab and go”. No, we don’t have that flavor, we stop baking at this time. No, your butter will not be melted. No, don’t expect a huge selection after 10:30 and don’t even try on a Sunday. The no’s continued until I finally just asked to pay, left a tip, and vowed never to return.

Delicious!! In the mood for a bagel and found good reviews for Jeff's and decided to stop in and happy we did. The gentleman helping us was fantastic and knowledgeable about the history of Jeff's which made us more excited to try them. The bagels and coffee were 10/10. Highly recommend!!

I love everything about this location. The people who work here are AWESOME and the bagels are always perfect. It gets absolutely crazy busy here sometimes but the staff is incredible at keeping the line moving while offering fantastic customer service. The bagels are phenomenal and I really appreciate that the staff is willing to split up the bagels in two bags when I order a dozen so I can easily drop some off for friends. The cannoli cream cheese with the chocolate chip bagel is delicious. I also love the cacio pepe, jalapeno cheddar, and rosemary salt. These are bagels worthy of the name bagel: soft interior, perfectly chewy, and a nice crisp exterior. We frequently stop in before going to Leu Gardens and now whenever I say we're going to the gardens my two year old asks if we can get " the cheesy bagel with spicy sprinkles" (cacio pepe) LOL.
I came in around 12pm for a quick bagel run and I was excited to see this small shop near me that looked really good! I knew I wanted a blueberry bagel and I was going to try their brown cinnamon cream cheese but they were out at the time but the super nice woman taking my order suggested the cookies and cream instead and it did not disappoint. I loved the bagel paired with the cream cheese! The bagel was soft and fluffy on the inside with a nice crisp to the outside. Love finding good bagel places near me!

The bagels were excellent. I asked for mine to be toasted. Jeff does not toast bagels, but the bagels were still warm. The ambiance was nil. It was a rainy Saturday . There were no parking spaces. The only tables & chairs are outside. The "lobby" is the size of a phone booth. I suggest ordering in advance & eating at home.
