This place was FIRE!! I got food from here for my family and everything was Delicious. We got baked beans and Mac and cheese with our ribs. Everything was CHEFS KISS! We'll visit again when we're back in town.

The point of online ordering is to have your food ready when you arrive so I thought. I ordered my food online today it was stated my food would be ready between 3:55 and 4pm. I arrived after 4 and my food was not ready. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. When I told the pregnant lady at the counter that I ordered online so that I didn’t have to wait she proceeded to tell the lady in the back to hurry up because I was inpatient. I was not inpatient at all the point of me ordering my food online was to not arrive and then have to wait for my food. The food is good but the inconvenience of having an online portal and still having to wait when you get there is annoying. To the pregnant lady please remember when working with customers, it’s best to keep your assumptions and negative comments to yourself.

Pure garbage and the people there are truly the reason why people of color don't support one another.... The customer service is pure garbage. Go to John Young and church street on Friday and Saturday in the AutoZone parking lot they have the best ribs and options. Jerk man is garbage 109% . Costumer service is 2,000 trash. Don't come here.

When I pulled up, you can see the smoke from the smoker cooking. Took me a while to get here but I’m glad I found this little hole in the wall. Chicken seasoned to perfection with jerk and ribs very tender. The sauce was just the added icing on the cake. I hear the jerk fries are the most popular so I will definitely try those next time but for now the chicken is fire!!!!

I’ve attempted to eat at this establishment 3 times and have yet to experience the food but surely the poor service and outrageous wait times . I just left there and was told they were sold out while watching the cook take meat off the grill .. Something’s just aren’t meat I accept that now .. Hopefully he can improve his staffing and preparedness in the future

Ok . This is the third time visiting. First the food have some potential, but the crew is not all that, find a Rauch the second time , @ big one , second there was a chicken special and the cashier wanted to charge me full price , pretending I don't know the price . My las visit was las night, getting the ribs special " I got for $24 dollars a juice, 3 ribs bones, 3 drumsticks and like 3 chicken spines.. no chicken tight meat. Get home and am like they did it again. Am wondering ? they racing profiling me? Because they know Am not from there . Just totally disappointed. I know the owner see him couple times , he see to be all about business, but went the cat is not home , the mise is having a party . Now I see why I was the only white folk there ?. Don't go alone find a body front there Am you might get treated right. I probably won't come back... shame! I work in the food industry for over 25 years And I always support small business. Just disappointed. Hopefully the treatment change ?. God bless ?
