The new crew was horrible with their service. They couldn't even get my roast beef sandwich right. It was not prepared as was ordered online. After I checked my sandwich it has nothing on it. I went back inside and he said that he did put toping on it. He started rolling his eyes and giving us attitude. And I demand to have my sandwich redone. If you like bad service this is the crew you're looking for.

Placed an order through the app and we picked it up. Got the order out and found the one sub wasn’t correct and was given the wrong chips. Called the store and spoke with Lindsey and explained what had happened. She never hesitated and never made any excuses for what had happened. She immediately refunded my card for the one sub and the chips. I never expected a refund but it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Jersey Mike’s and especially Lindsey for taken care of me. I will definitely be back one because I love the food and two how the situation was handled. Lindsey is a A+++ employee. Thank you again!!

Placed carry out order with pickup time of 1:26 PM. Walked out at 1:50PM with food. That's over 20 minutes of waiting in store over the pick up time for counter service restaurant/sandwich shop. The Publix next door does carry out in 30 minutes increments. This in total was almost 1 hour order to pick up for two regular size subs...

Wonderful experience. We went with my daughter and Grandson. The food was fresh and delicious. The guy who took my order was so pleasant. The girls who made the sandwiches and the cashier were sweethearts. Being from up North we can honestly say Jersey Mike's has the best Philly subs in Orlando..
I ordered on the app, placed my order at 11:05, it said my order would be ready at 11:25. I go in at 11:20 and it wasn't ready yet, no big deal because I was early. Over the next 15 minutes, 5 or more customers come in, order, receive their food and leave while I'm still waiting. It's now 11:35 and I don't have my food. Very unorganized and sad that I could have just walked in and got served quicker than ordering online. What they're really telling their customers is to not order online if they want to have good service. I used to work in food service, so I know how difficult it can be but this was unacceptable.

Wait time is horrible! I ordered online (in the app) with a 11:56 am pick up time. When I arrived the order was not ready. I waited at least 10 minutes before speaking up. I was told they were understaffed. I asked to have my order moved up since I was waiting. 15 minutes later still no food. This is ridiculous. If I had only order for me , I would’ve cancelled the order. Finally received it 30 minutes after the time that was established by the app. Crazy part is walk ins were helped before those of us that ordered ahead. This place need’s better management or something.
