We stopped by Jessica’s truck, today, and boy was it worth it! We stopped for a snack of beef empanadas & chicharron, which were so good that we ordered guava & cheese empanadas to go.

Yuuuummmmmazing!!!If you are anywhere near Orlando, you will not regret making a detour to grab some of the most delicious food truck eats ever!It is evident that Jessica pours her heart and soul into every item she offers!The presentation begs you to dive in instantly and once you do, you are transfered into a whole world of flavor explosion!We tried nearly everything on the menu. There wasn't anything we didn't like!!It was an easy walk from the Comfort Inn Downtown.Jessica has a great sitting area to wait (and eat) while she creates your order fresh. Her service and creations are top notch and her personality is over the top friendly and fun! Wish we lived here so we could enjoy her and her food regularly!! Cannot wait to come back!!

Stopped by today to visit Jessica’s food truck. Oh my was it good! We ordered the pork chicharrones, chicken with rice and beans with a side of tostones. She gave us some avocado on the house. Everything was made to order and the portions were more then enough. The food was so flavorful and delicious. The pickle onions give it a nice touch. Jessica was so nice and sweet. We have been wanting to visit her food truck for weeks. Was very happy we finally made it out there. We will most definitely be going back and this time with friends. Go check her food truck if you haven’t, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I went Friday after work. Jessica was so kind. The food was delicious. The tostones were on point with this amazing seasoning she put on top and cilantro garlic sauce for dipping. Rice and beans were fantastic. I especially appreciated the calabasa with the beans just as it should be. We had the fried pork and chicken that slapped even harder with the lime squeeze. Jessica even gave us some complimentary sliced avocado on the side. And the pickled red onions were a very nice touch to everything. Definitely going back. Want to try out her breakfast next time. If you work near by it would be a shame if you never gave it a shot. Thanks for everything, Jessica!
