This would normally be a go to restaurant for me as it is right next to my neighborhood, but when the manager with black and blue hair works I feel very disrespected and unwelcome. She constantly seems annoyed that we are there to spend money and has a terrible rude attitude. Because of this, and her often forgetting items that we have payed for, I decided to check the bag on my last experience. She cut me off from looking and rudely told me an item was at the bottom, which it was, but I was not checking for that item. I noticed they forgot straws, no big deal, but when I asked for them she rudely told me to check again and guess what, like I said they were not there. Also upon opening my sandwich at home, another item missing was an extra protein I payed an extra $2 for. She also was very disrespectful to her employee openly in front of us. I completely dislike going there when she is working, although, there is a very friendly blonde/brunette, who I’m assuming is also a manager, and when she is working the experience is completely opposite of the rude manager, and she has an amazing attitude towards customers and employees.

HmmmThe food was fine and average. Exactly what you hope for from a chain like this. Prices were high and disappointing.We enterrer the store at lunch time and questioned if they were closed. As we walked in three workers streamed out of a back room. Very odd behavior. The place was clean, but still didn’t give a good vibe.I don’t particularly see a reason to return here.

Amazing service! The lady in the drive thru has super friendly and could sell anything. Her speech for me to become a rewards member was super convincing and I hate having promotional emails. The subs were yummy as well!

There are many times that I have placed an order at this location in my app for pick up only to get there and the store is completely closed. Their google hours say open until 9, but it is 5:30 and they are closed in a Saturday. Which is fine, but their online system is still turned on for people to place orders and for the store to take the money. I tried calling to just leave a message about canceling my order (obviously) for them to hear the next day so they might call back and the phone rang endlessly as if it was busy or off the hook..
