Love the food here, I am a regular customer but I just came here to rant because I went in today for a pickup order and there was nobody in sight for going on 10 minutes. I had to walk in the kitchen just to get somebody's attention. They also forgot the pikliz which was a big disappointment.
If you're looking for the best food in the carribean you've come across this review and this is your sign to try it. Kalalou is one of the best places to dine into if you're looking for Haitian food. The staff is kind , friendly and provide efficient service. The food is made to order so this is something to keep in mind if you're in a rush.
