Karens is one of the most over rated spots in the Orlando area. The seasoning used is on all of their seafood has curry in it, the snow crabs legs are always overcooked, the coconut shirmp that they charge over $14.00 is bought from resturant depot. By the time you get the shrimp its cold. The shrimp is not devined and is always over cooked. The staff is super friendy, (as they should provide superior customer service to make up for the awful food). The location and ambience is the best thing Karens has to offer. I'm not sure if the other reviews are genuinely posted by customers but I know for me this resturants does not deserve one star.

I will preface this by saying that my baseline is Juicy Crab and if you’ve ever eaten there then you know what I’m saying. Karen’s was good, the portion was nice for the price. Seafood is fresh! Nailed the potatoes!! I just like my crab boils a lot more “saucy”. All in all good food and I’d recommend.

It's a shame how the girl that works at the counter talks to customers, she's very disrespectful!! Also once 8pm hits they will not answer the phone on purpose but they close at 9!!! Smh! The food is great but the employees are a turn off for me...I liked it at the old location when it was mostly family ran business.

This place is disgusting. Overpriced seafood with no flavor. Taste like boiled water. Don't waste your money or your time eating here because you will regret it. Juicy crab on international drive is so much better.

My husband and I came to Orlando for a week on a seafood mission we've tried almost everything Orlando has to offer as far as seafood. Karen hands down is the best food period!! The food is beyond amazing! The service is the best I've received as well. They close at 9pm we got there at 8 and it was an 45 minute wait they were busy and could of stopped taking orders but they said if you keep coming we will serve you! That to me was amazing! I will tell everyone this is worth the wait. It really on took about 30 minutes. I wish I could Karen's home with me! If you are in Orlando area you have to try this and you wanna go back before you leave town! Five stars does not justify their food or service! I give them ten stars! The prices are the best as well!
