It's not a typical experience at this chain. I called to confirm allergy information at this location and was put on an infinite hold. I was nearby and walked in seeing my held call being ignored.I was prompted to place my order online verses in person. It took longer for me, but imagine the eta would be worth it. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the pickup time, the food was not ready. The staff was not apologetic and asked multiple times for my name and order specifics. I was told that the kitchen was working on it. I suspect that the to go orders were not being addressed in a timely manner. There were 2 others in the lobby waiting for their orders for some extended period of time. I will likely not be ordering takeout from this location again.Update: I received the wrong order. Upon calling the resteraunt, they were completely apologetic and made it right.

Ooof this place was bad. Idk what is happening to this Keke’s but the food was SO bad. The pancakes and the waffles were so hard, cold, and flat out disgusting that I couldn’t feed it to my child. The sausage was cold and not cooked all the way through. Top that off with RUDE staff who did not talk or smile, nothing! If I asked for something (a straw for example) I would get a blank stare, no words, then they would walk away and come back with the straw. I’d say “thank you” and smile - then nothing. Just walk away. I’d chalk it up to a bad day but it was almost every server!

Our experience was horrible. I really hope they establish a new team to bring KeKe’s back to life. Food was raw, waffle was rock hard and the rest of the food was not brought out. Very disappointed, especially for a Lake Nona location.
