I ordered a famous bowl and they gave it to me with no chicken today around 440pm. First time I've ever seen that. If I wanted mashed potatoes with gravy and corn that's what someone would say. Not a famous bowl with no chicken. I didn't think I would have to check that before driving off. It's not like they were busy. I was the only customer on the drive-thru.
I don't know why this branch have four stars review they don't deserve more than three if I'm exaggerating every time I ordered from the drive-thru it was a wrong order, or something will be missing, you ask for crispy they give you regular, you ask for mix they give you most of the order wings and legs and probably one or two pieces breast and that's on 12 pieces order.

I noticed the speed of the service but the personal also was very kind, no a so much fan of fried chicken but the cole slaw its always delicious!

Website says they open at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 11:05. The door was locked. A sign on the door also said "Open at 10:30." I waited in my car for another 10 minutes, then tried the front door again, still locked. Giving up, ready to go eat elsewhere, I turned and as I walked back to my car, I hear a CLICK. The assistant manager had opened the door. He could have said "Hello, I'm sorry but we are open now." No, he said nothing. No greeting, no apology for my wait, no smile, nothing. He just stood by the registers and just stared at me. No welcome to KFC, no may I take your order. So, I said nothing and just ordered my food, paid and then the Assistant Manager disappeared. Again, zero communication, no thank you, no assurance my order will be out in a few minutes, nothing. He didn't even hand me the receipt, it just hung out of the machine on his side. The assistant Manager seemed preoccupied, he had a clipboard and paperwork and seemed upset about something else going on. And I do understand, but don't take it out on customers, especially when I never complained or said anything bad to him during our interaction. I wasn't being rude, I didn't complain about the locked door or waiting, I was very patient and said none of what I was feeling. Later a regular shift worker appeared and gave me my food. She was pleasant, she smiled and thanked me. I asked her "What time do you open?" She explained that they weren't ready yet and she apologized. I asked her for the receipt, she looked at it hanging out of the register and again apologized.
