I went to pick up two orders for different people and I was sitting in drive thru, lobby was closed after 10pm and a girl comes up to the window and asked me , if I just got my income tax. I said no, and then another lady ask her why would she ask me that question for. She stated everyone ordering all these fill up boxes, etc.,and she walked away before I could say something. So apparently she only gets to buy chicken when she gets her income tax .No honey I don't need a income tax to go to KFC. Maybe if your attitude wasn't so piss poor , you might get a raise, and then you won't have to wait for your taxes.. To the other lady that spoke up Thank you, sorry I can't give you 5 stars, I only hoped there was zero stars for her .If she doesn't want to cook food that's ordered , then go get a job somewhere else. If no one ordered , I don't think you would have a job. If I was your manage and knew how lazy you where , you wouldn't have been there to be rude to me. I would of fired your butt a long time ago. Grow up, and learn some customer service skills .Food tasted like it was cooked in old grease,, and some was still pink, which I will not ever eat from there again. Maybe cooking isn't your thing after all..Thank you

The chicken was fried in old cooking oil and was not seasoned, and so were the fries. The food left a bitter old oil taste in your mouth. It might have been cooked days before and reheated. But in any event, the food was tasteless and a waste of money and time. They did not have any biscuits, either. The only thing that was fresh and good was the coleslaw. The Pepsi-Cola was flat as well. I will not visit this establishment anymore.

People at this KFC that works there have an attitude problem if you don't like your job then quit I rolled my scooter through the drive-thru and she have the nerve that asked me why I didn't come in I told her there's no spot to chain up my scooter if my scooter would have been stolen will u have paid for me a new scooter She shut up we pay your bills you don't ask the customers no question if us customers stop going there u won't have no job

Early KFC is on point but this previous time they were not there was hardly anybody in the lobby except one other person and I was waiting for my two or three to go orders when she had to go to the back to make them after 20 minutes of helping everybody else I can't another restaurant. So that's the only downfall it's slow. Other than that I'm loving that the kernel is not holding out on deals for us finally thank you.

New years eve. I ordered a 8 PC family meal. they only had legs. The chicken they gave me was greasy and mushy. the meat was falling off the bones in the bucket. The potatoes and Cole slaw looked to be 1/2 orders.
Their food always fresh and hot. Servers. Friendly and makes sure you have everything like napkins sauces.... This is a sure thing for a 3 to 5 m wait for food. You can be sure you never wait

Never have I ever experienced such bad service. First of all I waited 30 minutes in line which I didn't even complain about because I was hungry. When I finally get to the order speaker I order my meal and I order a biscuit on the side. When I get to the window the lady gives me my bag and immediately closes the window. I check the bag and I'm missing my biscuit as well as the drink. The lady opens the window and rudely asks what else I want. I tell her what Im missing and she brings me my drink and again immediately closes the window. I sit there still waiting for my biscuit and she opens the window again and yells "what else do you want" with the biggest attitude. I tell her again Im missing my biscuit. She says the meal doesn't come with a biscuit. I tell her I know that, thats why I ordered it on the side. She says "well I didn't charge you for it" I say its fine you can ring it in and I'll pay for it. She says I'm not doing that I'm not taking any orders at the window. Like ??? it was her mistake and she doesn't want to fix it. I ask why she cant just ring it in and charge me and she slams the window shut in my face. I wait again assuming she's doing that she opens the window again and yells "why are you still here I told you I'm not taking your order at the window!" Keep in mind I was never rude or raised my voice and this lady was just being extremely rude for no reason. I work in the service industry myself as a server and could never imagine treating a guest like that for my mistake. If it helps it was a black lady with dreads on Friday, November 4th around 6 PM. There are plenty of people looking to work and she does not deserve to have a job if thats how she treats people.
