What can I say about korgette? It's the food truck love of my life. Every falafel fusion bowl I eat is another step towards true enlightenment. Their falafel is perfectly seasoned and a great blend of crunchy and soft. I'm not a fan of hummus generally, but theirs is an exception. Their fried plantains are always cooked well, while most places undercook them and leave them firm. The guy who's usually there on tuesday nights is the coolest. My one request is that they sell me that MILF (Man I Love Falafel) shirt!!

Falafel bowl with spicy sauce was amazing ( minus the corn it had a taste I am prob not use too. The service was fast and professional. Outside along with a few other food trucks. People are able to sit at cute tables and enjoy nice music and socialize. I will be back!

Went to A La Cart last night for trivia and decided to try Korgette. Saw on their Instagram that they recently updated their menu to include options with chicken/ impossible meat so thought I'd give them a try. Went for the Shawarma Fries because of the ingredients listed (black beans, chicken, hummus, garlic cilantro, chipotle lime corn). You order and pay on a screen but the owner was nice and he gave me a rough estimate about how long it would take to get my order (I'd say about 7 minutes). Overall it was good, flavors were yummy but I just felt like the dish overall was missing something else. Would I go back again? Yes to try more options but I'm not sure I'd be going out of my way to go again.

I ordered the salad with falafel, corn, Cuban beans, and cucumber salad. I was surprised that the cucumber salad had tomatoes in it. The salad itself was delicious and fresh, but I'm not sure about the hype on the falafel. The ratio of the crunchy outside to the moist inside was off because it was just mostly crunchy, a little over fried. I liked the dressing and the other sides were cooked and seasoned well.

I was so excited to try this place because it was vegan and the falafel was gluten free however, the guy working the counter didn’t know what gluten was and said ‘don’t ask me. I don’t know’ and then I found a beard hair in my falafel. Disgusting.If you’re gluten free don’t go!!!

My first experience with Korgette was when i traveled to Orlando for work in December 2020. When i finally moved here, it was disappointing to see them leave A la Cart for 2021. I'm so thrilled that they are back now. As a vegetarian myself, this was my primary draw to A la cart, and after 2.5 years, the taste is still just as fabulous. I have had the bowl, and today, i had the falafel wrap (korgeritto). Most certainly within my top 3 falafel wraps all throughout Florida.
