I came across this food truck secret during my morning commute to work this week. Since I've been on this pursuit to seek and try every food truck in Orlando, I just had to stop by during my lunch break. If you're not looking for this truck specifically, it's easy to miss. Make sure you look for it parked in the corner of the Splash Car Wash. Kuko Christian, like many food trucks on Colonial/SR 50 serves Puerto Rican style cuisine.
