Just as many other reviews have said, they don't answer the phone or take orders and they lock the doors within the last hour of closing.Hire better employees and do better quality control of your locations.This is unacceptable.

Pizza pizza! Is pretty much the same in every state very good value for your money. Getting in and out of that particular joint is a separate animal all together. After you pull in, you realize too late that there's no exit there's no turn around it was a cluster I would definitely not go back to that store not because of the actual Pizza it was delicious once we finally got it! But because of the parking and trying to get into it especially when you're not familiar with the area

I placed an online order and suddenly right as my delivery driver arrived to pick up the order my order was canceled. I immediately called the store's local number to find out (they were still open for an additional 10 minutes. I called twice and nobody answered the phone. I called delivery support (apparently doordash) and was told my order was GIVEN AWAY to someone else. How in the hell does a pizza place in 2024 just give someone's order away to someone else? How?!? Delivery support is now going to take 10-12 DAYS to refund my money. I asked if the store employees could simply stay and fix the problem and was told no. This has got to be the worst customer service experience from a simple pizza order I've ever had. Simply if you don't want your money held for days on end and you'd like to actually receive the food you order, DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM HERE. PERIOD.

There were too many people not enough employees...I have to say the gentleman that was there the past weekend was awesome he made the pizza ..took the money ...handled orders... basically he and 1 other staff ran this place and there was a line out the door awesome job guys please get them help. Soon as possible.

This is the 2nd time I ordered and paid for a stuffed crust pretzel pizza and got a standard non stuffed crust pizza and I called and called and called and no one picks up the phone this is ridiculous! I would give it zero stars if I could people please check ur orders before leaving the store!!!

I placed an order online at 857pm. One minute later it was canceled. I go inside to ask why my ordered was canceled. One of the employees said they didn't have the ingredients to make my pizza. So my question was you don't have cheese or pepperoni to make my pizza? The employee looked at me weird because she knew she was lying about not having the ingredients. It was because the cook didn't want to make a half cheese and pepperoni flat crust pizza. First they lied about their system was down and were only taking online orders then they lied about not having the ingredients. Corporate needs to come through and fire the entire staff and start again. The owner doesn't care whats going on in his establishment. He only responds to certain reviews. I'm calling the corporate office.

Ordered online. Said it was ready. And still lasted over 30 minutes. Past the supposed time it was meant to be ready. Do not recommend.Added - once I arrived home. Realized I was waiting on cheese bread and received old dry pepperoni pizza.

I ordered the pretzel crust, pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni, and instead received a basic pepperoni pizza. My partner went up to the store to return the wrong pizza we were given and the door was locked at 10:45 pm even though they close at 11 pm, and the worker tried to convince my partner that that was the right pizza we ordered even though we’ve both ordered this kind of pizza before and know what it looks like, he then proceeded to make up excuses about why he couldn’t make the right pizza for us and then proceeded to offer extra breadsticks instead of making us our correct pizza but we would rather have a refund. NEVER going to this Little Caesar’s ever again.

I ordered a flatbread pizza that was supposed to be made fresh with pepperoni and sausage. When I got home to my surprise, the pizza was old and looks like it has been sitting there and it had no sausage. Bottom line me and my significant other ended up getting the runs, that means bacteria had formed in the pizza because it was sitting there all day instead of making us a fresh pizza. you lost a customer.
