I always love the pizza they make there, I wouldn't change them for anything, unfortunately today April 5, 2024 I had a bad experience since a person from the team spoke in an unpleasant tone to one of the employees in front of me and other customers, I hope That person has a little more professional ethics and knows how, when and where they should draw attention to their team.

My wife and I choose little Ceasars as an alternative to cooking for our picky little ones when we need something quick. They've only missed one because our pizzas were akin to fried cheese toast. It was half my fault because I was rushing and didn't check them out. That said other than that we've had nothing but success.

Ordered pickup. Order was wrong. Daughter bit into pizza before realizing it was wrong. Called for them to correct the order. Wanted to make me drive all the way across town. Not even a compensation. Had to take the loss.

Little Cesar is always the worst pizza but in a pinch it gets it done. I honeatly try my best not to buy burnt pizza with nasty attitude tho. I have written to corporate every time I go that I get burnt pizza and they do nothing. So at this point I just accepted that Little Cesars just doeant have customer service and doesn't care about the service they give.
Atmosphere of the location is that ghetto people out outside and the staff awful. I went in today to order pizza and the lady talks to me in spanish and when I told her that I didn't speak spanish she rolled her eyes at me and walked away and didn't tell me anything, I walked out the store. Employee’s like that will make value customer leave and will never go back to that location.

Jessica is awesome!!! Greets everyone as soon as the door opens. Super nice and welcoming. Really went above and beyond when helping me. With everything being ordered on-line now it’s nice to be able to walk in and place your order with a person and pay cash. Thank you Jessica for your assistance, you made all the difference :)

Don’t order their hot and ready pizzas because I’m pretty sure they’re rushed. 2 times now, I’ve picked up a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and they’re severely undercooked. I bit into my pizza and got a mouthful of dough. I should’ve known better when I went to pick up a slice and the pizza was STUCK to the box! If you’ve ever order a quesadilla from taco bell and tried to get it out of the paper wrap, you know what I mean. Waste of money.

Girl at the front can't even understand English when trying explain my order was wrong. Then gets an attitude. Poor customer service. I will never buy from here again. Get better workers with personal skills.

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars! Always a horrible experience! They always take forever to get the food out and when you do do get it, it's cold or soggy. When you go in to pick up something quick, they say they can't take other orders other than an online order. Horrible service!
