Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza and sides for a 10yr/o boy who is in fostercare before I found out he was extremely sick; I called the store to cancel the order immediately so they wouldn't make the food and was told to call the main customer service number to get my refund. It's been a few days, I can't seem to get anyone to answer my calls to make sure my refund will go through. The voicemail box is full.They need a better system. This is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from this brand again.

2 people working and one leaves to get Chinese food. DoorDash driver is there waiting and we get our order before he receives the one he’s waiting for. Not really fair. Several people walk out because the women are on their phones and don’t great anyone.

1/31/2024: Came here at 9:10pm. Stood at counter until 9:20pm. Finally an employee came out of the bathroom, smelling like weed, and didn't even have his pants pulled all the way up. Like literally he was pulling them up as he came out of the bathroom.He told me that they are not taking any orders because they close at 10pm! Say what?!? I could understand placing an order at 10 minutes to closing, but 40 minutes before closing they are not taking orders? Never mind the fact I was in the store 50 minutes before closing. He said they are only selling the pizzas they have out now.The time before this, when I tried to get pizza here, the lady was yelling she was the only one there and was taking online orders only. This was several months ago.This is the last time I will ever stop at this location. What a disaster this place is and the manager should be ashamed!
Fast and efficient said 10-15 min wait only waited about 7 minutes for the food n it was good .

My son LOVES the pizza, he was 2 days from tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy And tubes in both ears and all he wanted was Lil Kaesars he says like Mama Mia ...

Worst experience ever!! Manager told customers there would be a 45 minute wait which was not true. I ordered thru the portal my order was late. Very unprofessional attitude from the employees. They definitely get it from their manager. Last time I will go there.

If I could give this zero Stars I would not only did they ignore their online orders and we didn't get our pizza until after 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready the parking lot is full of homeless and drug users and it is absolutely unsafe. We're from out of town and did not know how absolutely horrible this place was!
