Despite being on Michigan where- to me, most food joints have great customer care and quick service, this KFC lacks it all. At the drive through you are greeted by a man (he's always there when I order) who doesn't greet you, lazily takes your order, then rudely tells you what's not available and doesn't offer any suggestions. Come to the window & his shirt is halfway unbuttoned showing his chest hair. You'll know who he is when you see him. The food is okay but it would be better if they actually cared about their place of work. I could understand the carelessness during peak hours due to a rush but it's never busy when I stop by. So I'm just baffled. I really hope this changes soon because I love KFC but this one is always a miss for me. The customer service leaves you feeling off and that you might need to double check your food..

I’ve attempted to patronize this location twice. Both times I was told only drive thru was open. Seems like a small problem right? Wrong… most service workers are using company vehicles with ladder racks that won’t clear the drive thru max height. Which is why most company policies don’t allow company vehicles to be used through drive thru’s, it’s a liability. Ultimately it comes down to principle, the lobby hours are posted on the door hence the lobby should be open during those times.

Some days are better than others. Not sure if it's the manager on duty or what, but they tend to close early more days than staying open until closing hours. I've showed up at 8pm and they're closed already. They're food is great sometimes other times it's cold or not cooked thoroughly.

Just went to this location, the sign on the door said drive thru only, the door by itself look abandoned, chair in front of the door windows look not clean, so by seeing that and seeing one of the workers standing out smoking her shirt is what I noticed first that look disgusting, so before I went to the drive thru I said let me look at the reviews, so I passed after my mind was telling me no and the reviews of their food, I hope they get it together because I like long john, KFC
Old craving of mine.. surprised to find this one and it was connected to a KFC. Very limited menu since it's not it's own store. Order 2 piece fish, jumbo shrimp and 1 piece of chicken. Took me back to the Twilight years of eating it long ago because everything was made fresh to order. The greasyness of the batter and oil and those crumbs in the bottom of the box made brought joy to my heart.Only issue limited menu and prices higher than you get at their own store location

Very poor customer service! I drove 35 minutes out of my way for such rudeness and a dirty, filthy dining area that I wasted that hour of time and gas! I'm not eating in such an unsanitary facility!!!!
