I never write reviews especially negative but today was probably one of the worst dining experiences I had.We sat at the bar w/ my daughter bc we wanted a quick bite. Ordered a drink…never came but the water was excellent…but also never refilled.Ordered a soup, appetizer and entree to share. Everything came out within 60 seconds. Bartender never came back to ask us how the food was or to check up on my drink.Obviously, we’re not going to enhale all this food before it gets cold. So when I finally got ahold of the bartender, I just cashed out and left. We didn’t touch the entrée because I’m not going to go home and reheat a chicken breast. That’s disgusting. Also, my daughter finished her chocolate milk before we ordered and the bartender was to bring her another one once our food arrived but I guess it’s a good thing that never arrived since the all food showed up within 2 minutes of orderingThe couple next to us ordered their food about five minutes before us and they were still on their salads with their drinks. When we left. Which honestly was a perfect time to spread things out.I was quite frankly jealous.The bartender then told me this is her first day back, which is not an excuse but I paid the full bill and tipped because I just don’t have the heart to not.So basically just threw away $50

We have visited as a family 4 times, only 1 time we liked the food and the attention of the girl who served us, very kind and affectionate. But the other 3 times the service and food have been very unpleasant. Even racists have made fun of us, the waitress was horrible and very unpleasant to us. We took some relatives who were visiting and everything was crazy: 3 meals with hair starting, the meat was super spicy and inedible and it took about 2 hours to bring it. That location is a disaster. I do NOT recommend it at all. I think they should evaluate their waiters' dealings with customers.We have visited as a family 4 times, only 1 time we liked the food and the attention of the girl who served us, very kind and affectionate. I’m usually an Outback kinda man, but my wife and I decided to stop here and eat. Did I mention it was my birthday, so I had ordered a rare steak one of the specialties Unfortunately it came out medium well so the waitress took it back and I have to wait in about 20 more minutes. The new steak appeared as I cut into it. It was well done! Then they sang happy birthday, called me a hot dog clap three times and walked off, needless to say I will never be coming back.

It's Long Horn, if you don't know, try it out. It's not Capital Grill or Ruth Chris. The drinks are good, but I'm almost 100% sure the alcohol is measured, which I hate. Stakes are good the food is a little bit above a chain restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly

Cecilia truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. From the moment we stepped in, she greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. Throughout the meal, Cecilia was incredibly attentive, making sure our glasses were always full and checking in to see if there was anything else we needed. what really stood out was her friendly and genuine personality, which made us feel like valued guests. Thank you, Cecilia, for making our evening at LongHorn Steakhouse so wonderful. We can't wait to come back!

Excellent service food was amazing delicious! Group of 14 very comfortable seating.Celebration our son's 50th birthday! Even took ballons! Great time!
We visited the Lake Nona Longhorns Steak Restaurant, last Saturday Night. We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband likes Steaks. Needless to say, we were VERY disappointed! My Parmesan crusted chicken and my husban’s steak (and two more guests’s dinner, were super salted and seasoned with extreme pepper usage! We could not finished it and I even felt ill. We spent over $200 in there and left very empty!
