Dirt water glass drank out of mouth, was completely disgusted to even. Three times had to ask class two times had to ask for the ice tea. She ordered that never came with our drinks. I've been to others. This night wasn't so great almost fell because the floor was all wet. I know that the employees so the wet on the floor but ignored it. Bryce never came. Had to ask for it and I ordered skinny margarita and it was very sugary. If you order skinny margaritas they don't taste like sugary drinks I didn't bother sending you back.

The staff was great, and got us right in to our table for our reservation in the midst of extreme busyness during the Bayhill tournament. We enjoyed all the food and servers.The only downside for us was how noisy it was very hard to hear our guests across the table . They easily accommodated a dairy and gluten-free diet and the food was delicious!

Visited again with friends while we were local. As big Tequila lovers - they loved the huge selection and bottle displays. It was margarita Monday - and we enjoyed the Queso - Guac and then dinner. A new favorite for sure.

Ate there last night with 2 other friends. Place is wayyyy too big with too many people. You feel like you're in a large cafeteria. Ambiance could've been better. Noise level was extremely uncomfortable and it was hard to have a conversation. Some annoying large birthday party in the corner thought they owned the whole room and 2 of the guys were yelling and screaming and doing silly dances. Food was less than average quality. Chips tasted like store bought with some shaken spices on them. Salsas nothing to write home about, seemed canned. Refried beans tasted like canned. The hard shell chicken tacos are better at Del Taco. The rice seemed canned. Drinks were ok. Tableside guac was good, but homemade chips would've made the difference. I'm sure there are much better Mexican restaurants in Orlando. I personally wouldn't go back. I'm not sure why this place has the ratings it has or does the volume of business it does. Couldn't even get place settings from our server. Had to ask someone else and we were halfway thru the chips and guac by the time the place settings arrived.

Max was our waiter and he was outstanding!!! Very attentive, made our guacamole table side and it was amazing. I wanted a jalapeño margarita but cannot have alcohol and he had an idea and so he had the bartender make it so it would still taste like the real deal! Fantastic job!!

Great food and service. We brought some out of state business partners to Rocco's for dinner. Even though we were told the patio was covered from rain it still dripped on us for two hours. Would've been a great view if not for the leaky roof. Too loud on the inside.

Menu is always good However the guacamole cart needs some rethinking ... if you are only going to space tables 12” apart don't try to squeeze a 24” wide cart around the dining room to do table side guacamole! I was almost knocked out of my chair ...
Went as a late Valentine's Day dinner and it was good food, always such good guac, our server was super nice and helpful with the menu. Overall a great experience. Not our first time there so the experience is always awesome! Can't wait to go backs again!

Great atmosphere. Beautiful scenery when you're sitting on the outside. Veranda by the lake. Very festive mood. Waitstaff extremely friendly. Food is delicious. Drinks are also delicious.

Disappointed dinner. Last time we went outside and had a nice night. This time the opposite. Margarita was really sour and undrinkable and we sent it back for an unsweetened tea. Still charged for both. Waitress and food were average and the restaurant was so loud. Definitely not worth the $180 bill for 4 burittos. As said, disappointed.
Love their outdoor patio but were seated underneath a speaker which made conversation difficult. My enchiladas were tasty but on the dry side; unfortunately the server didn't return to check on us so I couldn't request more sour cream.

Food was great as usual - service was abysmal. From the moment walking in, the hostesses were unfriendly and unengaged. They seated us outside without even offering, and it was very cold! No heaters were in use on the patio, several tables complained. They tried to get one heater to work, and could not. Many tables open inside the restaurant - no reason for seating people outside without giving a choice. Our server took 15 minutes to greet us, and they were "out" of napkins and silverware until after our appetizers arrived. We were given bar/beverage napkins, and handed a tray of silverware to pick out our own..?!?!? Server took my drink to refill and never came back. When asked she said "oh, forgot it at the bar" and returned with it 20 minutes after she took it. Not even a bar drink - a $5 iced tea! Appetizer plates never cleared when entrees were delivered - just pushed out of the way and stacked at the end of the table. Very likely will not return.
The evening and service were great until our server had billing issues with a table of 12, several individual bills, she was handling. I had ordered a 2nd drink but it took more than 20 minutes to handle the issues so I was done with my meal before we saw our server again. I was shocked that no one from management stepped in to help her with the issues or assist with her other tables. She was trying her best, I would rate management at one or zero stars.
Just had dinner, the server stole $20 from me! I gave her $80 asked her no change needed on a $64 tab, I asked her to check and make sure I gave her $80 came back and told me I only gave her $60. So gave her the additional $20 after confirming are you sure bc I'm pretty sure I gave you $80 she said no. Came back home and realized I was indeed short $20. Very disturbing thst your servers steal money .. Won't come to dine her eever again

We had the most amazing experience at Rocco's Tacos this weekend. Our server, Jacob, was fantastic. He was friendly and fun and had great recommendations. As always the food was great and we had a great celebration.
