Well the normal chaos happens here, even though they have permit to operate after 11pm indoors, they rarely abide by that for their patrons screaming and shouting bloody murder for all hours up to 2am outside instead of inside. Can hardly get a local government response to get them to follow the rules. It takes bar staff and patrons lighting off fireworks and starting a fire in the supplies for the building under construction next door to get police out here. I can only imagine the lawsuit if they didn't. Oh don't let the new name throw you off, they are still the old mulberry bar and grill connected with the pizza place, just a shiny Luna bar name now. And if you wanna see how they take care of day to day operations, visit the alley and back door. The grease and oil tank they have is never closed, is LEAKING EVERYWHERE because the rainwater just fills up the whole tank and spills out all over the ground (the stone scape is now caked with residue and stained dark orange. Also see the rainwater drain just out their back door, I catch them dumping kitchen wastewater and other liquids into the rainwater drain, there's a bit of buildup on it. WELCOME TO KITCHEN NIGHTMARES Newest update 08/29/2021 ITS 315AM, HAVING TO GO DOWN TO THIER FRONT WINDOWS (again) TO HAVE THEM TURN DOWN OR OFF MUSIC. Not to mention being serenaded by hostile threats from patrons threatening each other with knives, fists, and "dont be here when I get back from my car" drunkards at 2am! 10/24/2021, nearly 3am, still playing music super loud. They really don't give a s*** about anyone else. Staff has been told about the noise so late yet they still do it. Tells you alot about how they treat people.

Came out the other night with my cousins to toast a drink to our grandma. We tried lots of the cocktails and even the peanut butter whiskey. We also got the appetizer platter and the nachos. We asked for more cheese on the nachos and they took care of it and made them much cheesier! The pizza stole the show, the crust was perfect and the toppings were just right!

Luna Bar & Grill is pretty much the only bar in Avalon Park, so that gives it an edge on the competition. It recently changed hands and went from Mulberry Street to Luna. Draft beer is rather limited, but they do have a full liquor license. I stopped in on a late Monday evening and it was rather quiet, but that is to be expected. Is Luna the answer to the neighborhood bar for Avalon Park? I guess time will tell. I would like to see a better beer selection, but I also understand they can only have what the neighborhood will sustain.

Had Valentines Reservations for 4 at initial opening time 6pm. Even though servers were not quite ready for us, food was great n mixups quickly fixed,( my husbands broccoli was cold)lol. New to area would definitely go again to try the pizza. Sorry should have taken pictures.

Poor and slow service. Arrived and nobody would come by to give us a menu and the place was almost empty. When finally the "waitress" came by we told her that we wanted 2 beers. She came only with 1 beer first,without napkins and without a glass to pour our beers. After a while she came with the other beer. When we asked her for a glass she came back with 2 plastic dr pepper glasses, like really? Is this even a bar? Just in case, I have over 10 years of managing f&b services in hotel industry. On the other hand it is a big place indoor and outdoor.

Great local spot to hang up. Love the adobo wings And service is out of this world. Just looking for a place that’s down to earth to hang out at Luna’s bar nice grown folks atmosphere.
