Unfortunately my family and I had a horrible experience at this establishment last night. I am still in shock of the ill treatment the poor customer service & the quality of the food.It was awful table was dirty & so was the silverware. My waitress never identified herself no name tag . We waited a really long time after placing our full orders before we started to receive our appetizers. It was a mess food started coming in at different times & Luke warm but the plate was hot.My family and I waited a really long time for our food for it to be not fresh .Chicken teriyaki was over cooked tuff & dry.Taste was ok . I asked for the waitress being that she seemed to have disappeared she had way too many tables and it was obvious she did not like us .She never checked on us to make sure we were good after bringing us cold food.I had to get up to ask for manager that was another mess he starts to get into it with me after expressing my concerns .Everyone’s food came to the table room temperature that is unacceptable this was my first & last time ever I will not return. Manager finally suggests to make it over and that the food was fresh the first time .Not professional by the way. I replied yes he comes back like 10 mins later . It seemed a bit better but I know it wasn’t fresh my family ate their food mainly because we were all very hungry at this point I was over it . I tried not to be confrontational. I had to ask for the bill waitress couldn’t care less never seem to be bothered by our body language never apologized it was awful . So much was wrong all I expected was good customer service ,and great hot food ,especially when the food here is costly . I had to ask waitress about my bill being that none of us were pleased with our experience or food quality. She the bill back and brought with a $11.70 off a $144. Plus bill . Honestly I wasn’t looking for a discount, I just wanted better communication an apology & hot fresh food.Usually managers handle these situations a bit differently .No one seemed to care left there super disappointed .So much was wrong and yet we still stayed and tried to make the best of it. It definitely felt incredibly awkward an obvious that we were not welcomed and everyone else’s order was more important than ours especially the delivery orders, how disheartening.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando. The prices also good, not rly expensive. My favorite is Tempura and veggie noodlesVegetarian options: I don’t eat meat, but they have large veggie options. Love it

Favorite sushi place in Lake Nona. Amazing sushi with fresh fish and inventive rolls. And that’s from a sushi snob. Good cuts of fish on sushi and sashimi. We are regulars here whenever we are in the area. Highly recommend!
I called in at 5pm to reserve a table for 7 people for 7 pm today. I was assured that was fine and they can handle it. It currently Ramadan so my family and I have been fasting all day.We get to the restaurant at 7:05 pm and are told we are just waiting for that table to leave. The said table seems to have just sat down and just getting their food. Granted our fast is broken at 7:35.They seat us in to separate tables at 7:15. As we sit waiting for anyone to come take our order no one comes. At 7:30 we end up leaving to now go figure out what to eat in the next 5 min. I would say there’s no reason to make a reservation here. It’s not honored at all.

I wish I could rate this restaurant more stars! We were sat quickly even for being there during the dinner rush, the staff was so friendly, and the sushi was some of the best sushi I have ever had! Mya took care of us and she was just the best. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and so sweet! We will be back.
One of our favorite sushi and hibachi places. Wonderful warm atmosphere with quality food and some of the best hibachi you'll find without going to a traditional performance-style hibachi place. Quality sushi as well with some very good options. Delicious tempura, some of the best fried rice you'll find in Central Florida. Also, some of the absolute friendliest staff I've come across. Always greeted with a warm personal smile and a happy demeanor. This would be an easy 5 stars for me if they hadn't raised their prices AND made their portions slightly smaller recently. I understand times are hard on everyone but I'd honestly rather they just raise the prices a bit rather than doing both. Still, great quality food and reasonably affordable.
