Food was average and to be perfectly honest I wished we’d gone to Burger King, that’s the level of comparison. The waitstaff were to be commended however, your trip won’t suffer from not visiting.

We stopped in for apps and a drink and were not disappointed. The crab Asiago artichoke dip, cheddar cheese curds, and the coconut shrimp were all 10/10! So delicious! We also saw a few tables get nachos and they were about a foot high and looked amazing! Live music was great. Our waitress was awesome and very friendly. Food was a bit slow to come out but no big deal. Loved it.

Great experience, I was a little skeptical about the food but was very surprised! The Jambalaya was outstanding. My wife had the huli huli chicken which she enjoyed. Love seeing ol Jimmy in concert being played on the big screens. Recommended!

We made a reservation online for 5:45 and got in pretty much on time, we ordered our appetizer at 6:00 and didn’t get it until 6:45, and then didn’t get our entrees until 7:30 pm. About a half hour after we left our entire family had stomach pain and vomit and diarrhea. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Also the sun was in our eyes the entire time because the shade broke.

The hostess had a heck of a time figuring out where to seat our party of five. She walked to the back twice, checked her tablet 3-4 times and asked twice how many people even though it was on our reservation.Five minutes before we were greeted by our server, with another 10 before our drink came. We got our appetizers before the drinks.Food was fine. Don't expect to be blown away by it but it definitely fulfills a certain bar food niche.

Our second time back at Margaritaville was as disappointing as our first. Food wasn’t good, service wasn’t good or fast, etc. There are many good food options at Universal and particularly City Walk so I’d avoid Margaritaville at all costs.
Seated at 830 after waiting an hour (totally expected w no reservation) - its now 930pm and we still haven't gotten our food. People all around us are just walking out. Our server is really great. I feel bad for him... I'll never come back.

The food was not what I had hoped it would be. It’s hard to get fries wrong, But they were bland and dry. The chicken strips were so over cooked you could hardly eat them. The waitress was nice to let my daughter pick something else off the menu to replace the chicken. Over all I would have rather went to a different restaurant, and couldn’t help but be disappointed.

We went to Universal's Margaritaville on 4/1/24We had 4PM reservations and the hostess was very friendly and inviting. The atmosphere and themeing is what you'd expect from all other Margaritaville' but this one is definitely dated unfortunately. Tables and menus felt old and oily which was very disgusting but that's to be expected from a tourist spot, our waitress was very friendly as well which was great. Our issues lied with the food in terms of quality and timing. My partner had a burger and I had the fish and chips. I'm proud to say my food was very delicious but things can be said differently for my partners, her bacon burger had what looked to be prepackaged bacon from the way it was shaped and tasted. The problem was that the bacon tasted as if it were passed its expiration date which is very dangerous if that's the case, she said it ruined the rest of her meal since now the taste has bled onto the burger itself.Tl;DROutdated atmosphere from an old location within CityWalk, friendly staff members, subpar food but your mileage can vary between dishes.

Was there on Sunday with my girlfriend and had a horrible disrespectful (most likely racist) server. Tried ordering 3 drinks at the bar. He asked if we had a table to which we said yes. He let us know that there is table service and that someone will be out with a menu and the drinks shortly. I watched him tell the white server about it and we proceeded back to our table. 25 minutes go by and the server doesn’t come by at all but he sat another table next to us. I went back to the bar and asked the server why he never came by to us but was able to help the other table and his response was “oh yeah you had 3 drinks, what was the third one” ? I called him out and said “so you knew we ordered drinks but never came by to say hello? HE SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND SAID “I GOT BUSY”. Unbelievable response…Just shook my head and left. Must of been because of the color of my skin
