Great atmosphere with live Disney music. The service was slow, we sat at our table for 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The prices are well - resort prices. The food was similar to the Mexican restaurant at home you’d only go to once.

Had a great experience at the Maya Grill! We had a big party of 12, couldn’t get a reservation for all 12 so we made a reservation for 8 and another for 4 but they were 45 minutes a part. We went to check in for the reservations and before I could ask if the reservations could be combined, Nikki at check in somehow already knew who we were and already combined the reservations and had the table set up for 12. We were totally blown away. Most times we get many reasons why it can’t be done, and we need to separate but Nikki made it happen without us even asking. It made a great night even better. Thanks so much Nikki!

Stephanie the Server was the best! It was my birthday and she went above and beyond in making it absolutely special. I always want to thank the guitarist who name I didn’t catch but he also sang Happy Birthday to me. These 2 person deserve an award for the customer service they provide to customers. Thank you so much for everything!

This place was great. The atmosphere was my favorite, they had some live music that was some of the best music i have heard he and he was open to song suggestions. The food was good, the fajitas were tender, and also the queso fondito was amazing as it was very cheesy and not super greasy.

The Maya Grill has pretty good service and pretty good food, but I've eaten here a few times now, and I never feel like it's quite as good as I expect it to be. I realize the food is at resort prices, but I feel like the quality and portions for something like a quesadilla should be off the charts for what they are charging. While the presentation is visually really good, there was nothing really special about the food to me. Also, there was an oddly long wait to be seated the last time I ate there even though the restaurant had quite a lot of extra seating available. Maybe they were short staffed? I suppose I'll end up eating here again in the future if I return to the conference at this hotel, but I won't be excited about the cost in relation to the overall experience and food.

Loved the ossobucco...crazy tender, but if you don't like cinnamon in your sweet potatoes ask for something else on the bottom portion. Don't love the chicken enchiladas...very plain. Chicken enchilada soup is fab. Our waitress Lisa P was terrific. They open at 5:00 and have a guitar player that isn't overly loud so ambiance is laid back. Love the mayan decor and very high ceilings.Dietary restrictions: No paprika in anything and they know their ingredients.

The food was great! Ordered the flautas and they were the best I've had. Very light and crispy and loaded with fresh greens and corn salsa. And don't forget to add their homemade guacamole! My husband's ckn enchiladas were also equally satisfying. Both dishes were very flavorful and satisfying. The live music added to our experience. Thanks Erika! You were awesome!

The steak was great. Not a big fan of the salsa and guacamole (could be way more authentic, it was like blended soup). The plantains were good but didn’t like cheese on it. But over all it was good and worth going.
