These people that work here are so I would never recommend going here ever if you need to get food before work or anything I would not want to see if they ever got busy no wonder there's never anybody here I had to get my money back and the manager even tried to give me less of my money back this is a joke of a hospitality service industry

I went to McAlister’s Deli in Orlando today ordered Roastbeef n cheddar n horseradish sauce was not tasty at all half the roll had no meat on it for the price n quality of the good wasn’t impressed at all couldn’t even get rare toast beef for my sandwich they don’t offer rare roast beef

The food here is decent. The service is terrible. Two of our orders came out correctly. 3 orders were made entirely wrong. One order was forgotten altogether. This is our third visit since they opened and it has been disappointing every time.

This was a good place for a light dinner. It had lots of places to sit, and it was bright and open. It was comfortable. The menu was above the cashier, large and easy to read. I had the chicken Caesar wrap with potato salad, and Husband had the New Yorker - corned beef and pastrami with chips. The cashier & service was friendly and efficient. The food was good, and the prices were comparable to other fast food delis. We liked it!

We decided to try McAlister's for the first time and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of their food. We wanted to try something different in the area, so we gave this establishment a chance. While it was easy to place our order, we found it challenging to choose from their extensive menu. The service we received was exceptional, and our order arrived perfectly prepared. The sandwiches were delectable and generously filled with meat. Nevertheless, the Mac and cheese dish could have been more satisfactory as it lacked bland taste. All in all, McAlister's is a reliable choice in the "fast food" industry.

I came to this location numerous times due to the excellent menu options. But I have noticed a shift in customer service in my past two visits that upper management needs to address. My two past two visits, and they were approximately two weeks apart, I experienced the same concern. The first one is that there is one person running the cashier during peak hours. There will be a long line to order and the poor cashier trying to do his due diligence to ensure that all the orders were taken efficiently. Second concern is the cleanliness. I noticed other people and including myself have to wait a brief amount of time to have the tables cleaned off. I had a hot sandwich because I was daring to try something different, in result the sandwich was served cold, I ordered soup and was given their house potato chips. As an apology, staff gave me cookies as a courtesy for the bad experience. All that can lead to employee burnout and it's a popular area so business there will always be busy. Management just needs to hire more staff.
