Ordered a double quarter pounder meal. When i got home all i had was a chicken sandwich with no fries. I took it back and told them they have me the wrong order. I told him what my order was. I waited at the window for the better part of 10 minutes. Igot my order and went home. When i got home i discovered my fries were burnt and the burger was cold.

Disappointing Experience - Slow Drive-Thru and Unprofessional BehaviorI recently visited the McDonald's drive-thru and was disappointed with the slow service. The wait was excessively long, and we could hear employees cursing and banging on objects inside, which was unprofessional and unsettling.However, the staff at the windows were friendly and courteous, which was a redeeming factor.Unfortunately, the slow and chaotic experience overshadowed the positive interaction with the window staff. I hope McDonald's takes steps to improve their drive-thru efficiency and maintains a more professional work environment.Overall, it was an average experience, but I expect better from McDonald's

The food was pretty good. Not real busy other than rush hour traffic times.Parking: Hard to get in and out during rush hour traffic times. Some bigger vehicles can Park on the other side of the building in the mall parking lot.

Meat was burt, I order through the app and requested extra salt on the meat, what it looks like I got was a meat that was sitting in the warm, through some salt in it a placed it on the grill again.

I am so tired of this McDonald's. The worst in the area. I'm at the drive thru behind the first car in line I was stuck there for 15 minutes and no one takes an order. Cars beeping the horn and leaving after waiting so long. This happened all the time and the food still comessnout cold when you get it. I will pass this McDonald's which is next to my house and go to the other.
