Just got called the hard R….. Had an online drive thru order, gave them the code told me to go to the 2nd window then when I did the lady in the first window immediately started YELLING to come back & was rude as hell made it a point I wasn’t getting my food if I didn’t give her my name for the order even though they never ask for it. It was The old lady working the first window on April 29th @ noon ish. When I got a lil snippy back with her she actually said “go to the next window you wannabe *igger”…. Yes with the hard R. I pulled up before I lost control of myself.

This is the worst McDonalds! Do not go there! The service is awful. The store manager refused to give me my complete order, she then screamed and cussed at me and the passengers in my vehicle. She slammed our food several times on a counter and refused to give us several items that we had paid for thru the mobile app, we even showed her the receipt and proof of payment and she still refused to complete our order. She was extremely threatening and rude. She should be fired ASA!!!! I will provide pictures of her and the interaction as well.

Pretty disappointed at them just closing all of a sudden and not offering anything. Online order, arrived and was told was closed but can see cars in line still getting service. Any compensation or apology would have been nice

McDonald's sucks as is. But the self he'll kiosk is such a slap to the consumers face. Kiosk is never working right, doesn't load up offers n rewards proper. It's always a mess at any location. Staff was a nice as they could
