I know it’s McDonald but this is bad for McDonald’s. I ordered a quarter pounder and got a burger with ketchup and onions. I brought to counter and the girl says you’re just missing the mustard and pickles and gave me attitude. I obviously did not send back at that point. I don’t need my food spit on.

I wish I can give a lower score. The people in this location do not care what your order is they will give you what they want. I ordered a sausage Mac muffin meal with a large Hi C orange. An extra hash brown and a sausage biscuit. Below is all I received. They gave me one sandwich and a hashbrown. Nothing else.

Awful customer service. I lost my daily offer from the app due to this location only having 2 staff members who were not even wearing their uniform. One lady was named Nelly. I had to ask bc they don’t even have name tags.This should not be acceptable by the company and I would appreciate the company to contact me asap.

Update: this McDonald's is very well run. The girl behind the counter today really hustles, is very friendly and attentive. Best service I've had in a McDonald's in a long time. This is a very busy McDonald's at most times of the day, obviously because it's in a very busy and large Walmart. However, the service I had here this morning was excellent the food was very good and this place is clean. Based upon some reviews I've read looks like there has been some good improvement here.
