Check your orders! They will give you whatever they feel like instead of what you ordered! The employees should be double checking the bags instead of just snatching them up and handing them out to whoever! There’s a literal screen in front of your face that tells you exactly what was ordered, it’s not that difficult! Finally decided to write a review after the FOURTH time this has happened! It’s mind blowing!

I checked in early and had to pay extra. I was supposed to be in a room with the ocean view but that never happened. The door the extra look is broken. The sink in the kitchenette is loose and the drain in the shower is so slow. They need to fix these things for the price you pay.

I ask for an order for the car I serve. I am traveling with children under 7 years old and where they speak they began to make exotic noises through the intercon who answer what a lack of respect and to complete my order They did not give me the discount of my code...when I go I had cold potatoes and my granddaughter asked me why she made those noises where people talk ????I answered because they have no shame and then you complain and they were laughing. Honestly, they don't serve customer service, yes. Some cool ones???? There my service told you so you can see the date and time when it seems that they are exotically on the dirty intercom
