The bakery is so much more spacious inside than it looks from the outside. It’s a good place to meet up with friends. I saw people working there as well. There’s a good variety of pastries to choose from. What I like about the empanadas and beef stuffed yucas was that they are just right - not too salty like some empanadas I’ve had from restaurants. The food at any Mecato's is incredibly delicious and beautifully curated. The staff are always helpful and very pleasant to be around. The blood sausage was AWESOME and the empanadas and arepas are always perfect!Kid-friendliness: What kind doesn't like hand pies?! Empanadas are perfect for kids, and they're not spicy.
