I ordered inside for a later pickup. I was very specific about one of the large pizza not having mushrooms due to an allergy. It was full of mushrooms! I also informed them as to who was picking up the order. When that person showed up they couldn't find the order! After 2 phone calls it was finally figured out and they "found" the order which should have been ready 20 minutes prior but we still had to wait!

I haven't been to Mellow Mushroom since before COVID. I was very pleased with the great service. I placed my order online and did not have to wait long at all. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The gluten free pizza was delicious as well as the spinach dip ?

We hadn't been to the Mellow Mushroom in a while. Decided to go and were so glad we did. First time trying their mushroom pizza, called the Holy Shiitake, and it was excellent! Great crust and awesome flavors! Kudos to Mia, who provided great, friendly service! Glad to know that MM recognizes the importance of effective customer service and demonstrate it by hiring and retaining team members like Mia. Can't wait to return and if you go, please try the Holy Shiitake pizza! Trust me, it will not disappoint.

Nice place to hangout. The pizza was so so, but they are many variety to choose from. Their mushroom soup was delicious. Great interior,clean, fast service, friendly staff.
Great vegan options here. They are doing veganaury for all of January. Highly recommend the Miss Mushroom pizza.

1-21-24 (3pm)...Absolutely the most horrifically bad service available. My party just waited for over 2hrs and ended up leaving without pizza. The manager was completely incompetent, and had no business dealing with the public. His explanation of why the food was taking so long was "We are human too, and sometimes we stub our toe..." Clearly the problem with this restaurant is very poor management. I don't know how a pizza restaurant can be run so poorly, but I have found a place that has mastered customer dissatisfaction! This will be my last time entering a Mellow Mushroom! Good luck, everyone else... I hope you have a better experience than we did!

My daughter and I had the Vegan Pizza and we both enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. I also got to watch the NFL games so that was a plus as well. 2 thumbs up from us.

This pizza chain never disappoint me. The baked wings, the Home pizza and the garlic bread were my favorite. Tbey were packed, so the service went slow, but other team members catch our server load. The ambiance is good, and I liked that at night they lower the lights to create a more calm environment.
