Great food and friendly staff!! Too bad we live 1,300 miles away so we can't go more often.

Good food but the menu is limited. The food is pretty tasty though. Great Lima guacamole. Fried rice with pork was awesome too. I would think there are way better Mexican options in the area but it’s good for what it is.

Echo the other reviews about the guacamole. Very tasty. I didn't know it was freshly made, only knowing that from the other reviews on Yelp. Would have been nice to see it being made. The grouper taco was tasty as well. The pricing is quite high for what you are getting, but that goes with the location as you are a bit of captive audience if you at this hotel.

Unfortunately, food was flavorless, cold, and definitely not what was expected ?. Margarita was watery, unable to drink.

Server was nice, but food is very expensive for what it is and portions for that high price are very small. They know they have a captive audience with hotel guests stuck because the Shingle Creek is far removed from I drive and all the other restaurants.

Chicken quesadilla was oily and cheesy. Chicken was overcooked. Guacamole was good.

Nachos for 2 ($20) came out much, much, smaller than the other pictures available here. Absentee server.

I recently visited the Mexican restaurant within the resort and had a mixed experience. The bar staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and resourceful, making the visit enjoyable. However, the food left much to be desired in terms of taste. While the barria tacos stood out as a highlight, the overall menu seemed lacking. As some customers have mentioned, it might be prudent to save your money unless you're content with just chips and a drink. Side note: The place could use a deep cleaning. Sitting at the bar staring at dirty displays.

Table side guac was amazing! Well worth the money. Had the Taco Al Pastor, really good flavor and tortillas were really good. Kids had the carnita tacos, also really good flavor. Would definitely eat there again given the opportunity.

Food was bland. Not authentic Mexican food. It’s a “privileged” version. Service was slow even though not a lot of people in the restaurant. All other servers were busy in a small little room behind a curtain. Will not go back.

My friend and I frequented this spot at the Rosen while attending a conference. Our server/bartender, Ericson was the best. Friendly, funny and made for an excellent dining experience. He gave us suggestions that were spot on... "anything with the Burria" and he was absolutely right! The food and drinks were delicious. Would definitely return!
