4/21/24 We went to Miller’s on Colonial because it is nearby. We ordered potstickers and they was cooked only on the side touching the pan. The other side was cooked, but gummy. We had to send them back and then they was too oily. Edible, but oily. My partner ordered the Zingers Mac & Cheese, it was bland with barely any sauce on the chicken. I ordered the Big Red, but I wanted the sweet Thai chili sauce, instead of the hot sauce. I asked for the chicken extra crispy, but they put way too much sauce on it. It was no longer crispy, nor could I pick it up to eat it. I had to send it back to be remade and they put a giant piece of chicken with barely any sauce or seasoning on it. The guys in the kitchen was wearing AirPods and headphones. One guy was wearing a yellow durag and headphones while cooking. I’ve never seen a chain restaurant where that is permitted for a cook. Our waitress, Bella was very friendly and polite. All in all, I was only happy with my crispy fries. Do better Miller’s.

Manager in the short sleeved red shirt, walking around with a clipboard tonight, you get zero stars for ignoring me twice on the patio when my arm was raised to get your attention, as I wanted to order another round of drinks for our table. Manager, you are lucky you have a great team of people working under you or I would not be returning.

Staff thought it was okay to stand right behind my table, having a conversation dropping F BOMBS the entire time. Food was good. Prices were high.
Yesterday I went with my family, apparently the staff didn't like us going since since we asked for a table for 4 the girl didn't know where to place us, all this while the restaurant was empty, then when I took the order I asked for a dish and the answer was that there wasn't one, then my wife ordered another dish and that dish is only served on a specific day and time (so you can give me a menu with that dish if you don't serve it) I asked for a second BABY Rib dish, I didn't have it either. There was, the last straw was when my children were going to order and the woman got upset because my son asked for an extra portion of potatoes, in short, terrible service, staff without the capacity to serve, I do not recommend it.

Always out of yeungling. Last Sunday we were here and they were out. Here today on Friday and still out but according to mgr they have a keg that nobody has changed. And they changed the menu again and can’t make what I asked for because they don’t have the buttons to place the order and if they tried there would be an unreasonable up charge. Extremely disappointed since we are regulars.Blu is the best server. She’s off today unfortunately.
