This was my first time at Moe's. My wife who is very fond of this place convinced me to go and try it out. We made an online order. Being national burrito day and having Bogo promotions, we were expecting a considerable wait. However, this was an excruciating experience as there were only 2 people working the line, with the cashier doubling up to assist the other two.We placed our order at 7:30 pm and were still waiting, past the restaurants' closing.A combination of food delivery app drivers and those who placed orders were sitting frustrated, having waited for over an hour but only people in line were being assisted.There was no organization as people were canceling their orders and their names were being taken without cross-referencing with the orders that were already in place, resulting in orders that were never picked up, wasting time.At some point, the person who seemed to be in charge, starting just randomly picking from the tickets instead of going in order, resulting in some getting their orders ahead of those who had been waiting.The guy working the cash register had to take part in handling the prep, packing to go orders, checking the grill, frying and packing the chips, among other things.We gave up and decided to form the line to see if we could at least get the online order made since we waited in line. Upon arriving at the front I was ignored and dismissed even though a couple of people ahead and behind me were able to do just that.Throughout the time, there was no manager or commaning figure in sight and the workers were conveniently not wearing name tags. If it wasn't for the guy in the middle calmly handling everything, we would've left sooner. We had no hope left and ended up asking for a refund, having my name written in a piece of paper, which I unfortunately don't have the certainty I will see. By the end even my wife was ready to leave as she noticed they were running out of ingredients and going trying to get done as it was half an hour past close.Not a good first experience.

I ordered burritos at 6:54 pm. My email said it would be ready in an hour, which is already way too long. When I arrived to the store to pick it up, my order was not ready. The cashier also refused to refund my money. And said they could not make my food. Absolutely do not visit this location.

Walked in on Tuesday orderd a bowl and honestly i havent been here in a minute so it was nice to walk in into a update menu the employees made me feel welcomed with nice nostalgic “welcome to moes” its nice to hear that they still say it, as far as the food it was very flavorful and fresh inside was clean and welcoming i will definitely eat here in the future and will recommend to anyone who wants a filling and tasty lunch/dinnerVegetarian options: They offer tofu and veggie options

I came back because of the food the first time, definitely better chipotle. They have better options and better tasting food than Chipotle and make Chipotle seem as if they don’t try to season their food. I came back the second, third, and fourth time because of the service. I want to shout out the staff because they I believe they are doing a fantastic job, with the food and service. AGAIN, hands down MUCH BETTER THAN Chipotle.Edit: Big shout out to Geo, Michael, and LumyKid-friendliness: Kids eat free on certain days
