An amazing food truck setup tucked away from the road! I was here for work staying at the Marriot. And there is so little good food options around. I was so sick of eating the same food, and then I found My Healthy Kitchen!! The food is so tasty and healthy. Everything is made with fresh fruit, vegetables, high quality ingredients. You can tell that the owner cares a lot about her menu. She is very friendly and open to chatting! You can’t go wrong — if you’re looking for healthy but delicious food in the Orlando area this is a must stop!

What an excellent healthy meal, I came to wash my car and I didn't know them, but it was an excellent decision, I ate a carrot and banana arepa stuffed with chicken and a green smoothie, truly the best healthy food I have ever eaten. I RECOMMEND THEM 1000%. AND THE ATTENTION UFFFF.

This was a fantastic find in Orlando. It is next to the car wash if you are using GPS to find it. Our steak and chicken tacos were extremely fresh and delicious. The salad was good too. And the ladies were so kind and helpful. I’m vegan with a dairy allergy and they made the most incredible veggie stuffed arepa! They’re located behind the car wash!
