Oh yes! This is the spot! I went back two days in a row. I ordered the curry goat, rice and peas, and cabbage -- with a Jamaican Kola on the side. Yummy! The service is pretty fast, but they do get very busy so have a little patience. They give pretty decent portion sizes -- I ordered a small and had some for now and later. I didn't care for the beef pattie. It didn't have a lot of flavor, tasted like flour. While we waited, we there was live music playing, nice singing. Definitely stop by! Good food!

My 1st time ever to this restaurant.Polite staff, even from takng my call to confirm closing time which is 9pm on a Sunday.(Shame, she knows who she is anyway ?) I can't remember the ladies name that was polite to me on the phone but when I arrived she was consistant with politeness & friendliness. Which I found refreshing especially close to closing time on a Sunday.On opening the food box and my 1st taste of my small Curried Goat, plain rice & cabbage- I was surprised & very happy - there was a lot and the taste was lovely!I recommend this restaurant & will return when I am around.?

This is a hidden gem, came in here after my workout at PF. Got the Oxtail, first time I’ve ever had this dish but I live in Ocoee and everyone I bump into tells me I gotta try it. I got rice and peas, corn and the oxtail in a big Togo box and went to the tiki bar and dove in. Phenomenal, good music and friendly staff. I totally recommend this place.

I've been chasing the high of this place since I first ate here six years ago. It was the best Jamaican food I've had and no other restaurants I've been to come close. For clarification I grew up on creole style food, so my palate is on savory and rich Caribbean flavors, but I'm not familiar with Jamaican cuisine / what its more or so supposed to taste like but this tasted right to me. The rice, the meat and the cleanliness were top notch. The service was also very good, and everything was explained when we had questions.

First off the food is really delicious about the closest to authentic that I've tasted in the area, and the place and service workers are clean, a few of them keep an attitude but as we know Jamaicans are known to be rude but nevertheless they're still clean, which is probably why you came to look at the reviews.But with that being said I've been coming to this place for almost 5 years now and they are so inconsistent it's annoying. I basically order the same meals for me and my kids every time, we get the fried chicken, a plate of oxtail, and occasionally a brown stew fish/chicken, stew peas or cowfoot. We also order the same sides every time, I guess that's our favorite. And every single time I come there its a different outcome. Some days you can get the fried chicken and it's so nice and crispy and edible and other times you can come is running in grease or so hard you can't chew it, even though the flavor is good it's very annoying. Like today, which prompt me to write this review, last weekend I came and purchased the oxtail, they were so tender and literally falling off the bone even the bone was chewable but it was not mushy it was very edible and very good so of course this weekend I'm craving for the same taste, but no, the oxtail is so tough I feel like I need to go home and cook it some more they were extremely crowded today than last time but that is still no excuse. Also most days when you come and buy a side of the macaroni and cheese which is an extra $2 they give you about a two bite size portion. Today the girl filled it up, I'm like oh they need to do that all the time. All in all I will still recommend them but just know that if you get a good meal this time it's liable not to be exactly the same experience next time.
I just spent 53.80 at this place and they charged me 1.16 2.20% convenience charge. For what. And when I uber and yall don't have dumpling you don't give my money back, twice but you charge me a convenience fee for walking up and paying for my food, ridiculous.

Lady with the red hair wig she sometime ish with a screw face and attitude this review is for her only she left my food on the counter didn’t even tied the bag up I had to get my own food she push it to the side and had a attitude serving me and attend to another customer how unfair and rude and unprofessional working in a place like this with great owner and the other staff are so nice and great food she needs more training and to be more professional her customer service is horrible
