Quick-serve venue located off lobby in the Sapphire Falls resort at Universal Orlando. Pastry items, coffee, grab-and-go breakfast food, alcohol and sundries available. The scrambled egg & ham breakfast burrito had good value and could possibly be split in half to serve two. Coffee (not Starbucks) available. Thumbs up.
I’m not typically one to write a review but man a new system needs to be set up. A line which should take 20 minutes tops took us over an hour. I don’t think it’s the employees fault. They just need a better setup to expedite the service. Also agree with everyone else, it’s overpriced. Even a large coffee at Starbucks doesn’t cost this much. I guess it’s that convenience fee….

This is a quick service food place within the Loews Sapphire Falls hotel lobby. We recently stayed at the hotel and often went here for their breakfast wraps, sandwiches, coffee or tea and snacks. Everything is more expensive because it's in a hotel lobby in a Universal resort, but it is cheaper than the other two restaurants in the hotel and convenient if you don't want to go to City Walk to eat or travel somewhere else for food.
