Friendly but the bahn mi bread was more like a hot dog bun.

Decent bahn mi, but by no means the best in Orlando. The baguette wasn't crispy on the outside and the balance of meats to veggies was a little off. I would have preferred more fresh herbs and pickled vegetables. They had some interesting summer rolls too. Street parking only, and it's located in a little strip mall. Prices were fair. Service was friendly and efficient.

Amazing Banh Mi’s! This place is hidden inside a little plaza and parking is a big pain, but finding that spot is worth it. They speak Vietnamese and english inside and make delicious banh mi’s. My girlfriend and I got a Dac Biet and Thit Nuong and loved them both. The thit nuong was unlike any other i’ve had, more than likely a family recipe, but it had amazing hints of lemongrass and the bread was crispy and delicious. The dac biet was the same way, absolutely amazing flavor and you can tell it’s made fresh to order.I definitely recommend this place to anyone and would return in a heartbeat next time i’m in Orlando.

Be aware. New owner. The food is pricey, but is not good. Will not come back.

The macarons and the sweet beauty cold dessert soup are amazing!

The owner is extremely nice, the food was okay, their boba tea is a little bit sweet so I recommend ordering it with only 80% of sugar. Their flan is extremely good!!! Will come back.

Nope.. not the same bahn mi that it once was. Place has been remodeled, must be new ownership the OG lady and her husband weren't there and the sandwiches were definitely not the same. 4get it about it. Time to find a new bahn mi spot..

Went there on a Saturday for lunch and it was not too busy. Got the Banh Mi Special which was great for $5 per sub. Many options to choose from and I will be back for a quick, tasty sandwich pit-stop!

Got some sandwiches before heading to the beach. This is my second time in Orlando and each time, I had to visit this place.Has some of the best banh mi that I've had.

As with all places that are legit and delicious, it’s a little out of the way and hard to find. Located in the back of a small courtyard I had to ring a door bell and a nice lady came from a shop next door and let me in and took my order. Ordered the #3. The two ladies that helped me in the shop were so nice and efficient, and it was a first rate sandwich. I will be back!

First off, parking is a pain since it's on Colonial Dr. You'll most likely will find parking around the corner and will have to walk around to get to to here unless you get lucky. Second, it's nestled amongst other restaurants so it's a bit difficult to find. Within the cove, it's on the right towards the back. It's a pretty unassuming space and you may have to ring a button at the front to get service.Anyways, decided to try out this place after grabbing some matcha ice cream at Matcha Cafe Maiko around the corner. The menu is focused on their bánh mì which is a French inspired Vietnamese sub. I went with the #1 House Special which had all the main fixings and is traditional. They also have homemade Asian style beef jerky too!For the bánh mì, I highly recommend taking it home and popping it in an oven at 350 deg F for 2-3 minutes just to get the french bread cozy and warm. You can leave it in the wrapping like I did. It'll be fine as long as you don't forget it! I'd avoid putting it in the microwave since you don't necessarily want to get the insides and toppings warm--it's best at room temperature. You really just want to warm the bread up just a little.Okay, now that I'm off my lecture, this is a really well put together bánh mì! The ratio and flavors were just right and everything complemented each other element perfectly! The slight crunch and chew from the baguette, the creaminess of the pate, the amount and thickness of the meat, the cilantro and pickled veggies. *chef kiss* I really enjoyed it compared to other bánh mì sandwiches that I have had because of the ratio here.I also decided to get some of their homemade beef jerky. I ended up choosing the curry style, but they also had lemongrass and a pork jerky as well. The curry beef jerky is REALLLLY sweet with a nice subtle heat enveloped in a curry-based seasoning. Because of how sweet and seasoned it is, it would actually pair well pair well with some sticky rice or a rice porridge. Mmm...gonna make some now!

Good hole in the wall spot. Only down side was I like my bread toasted and crispy which it wasn't. But it was fresh and the guy that served us was easy to deal with even though we don't speak Viet and the banh mi was delicious so I had to give 5.
