My family and I came to eat here after a long day at Universal, safe to say that this was one of the best hot pot restaurants I’ve ever tried. I’m usually picky with the broth flavors that some hot pot places offer, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the spicy soup base blew my expectations out of the water. It was extremely rich and savory. My favorite dishes that were passed down the conveyer belt were the dumplings and the wide potato noodles. The staff were also extremely friendly and attentive. Although us and another table weren’t finished eating by closing time, they still maintained the same level of excellent service and did not attempt to rush us. I definitely see myself coming to this restaurant more than once, so it’s a shame I live in California! However, whenever I come back to Orlando, I’m definitely coming back!

Really good place, all the food is fresh! And the service was really good… see you next time!
I have never left a review before in my life, but this place was amazing. The service was unbelievable. The spicy broth soup is the best and you can’t beat the price for all you can eat.

Love hot pot and Nine Spice is the best choice I've come across. This location is great! So helpful and attentive. A large variety of yummy options. I also really enjoy the Korean BBQ but didn't have it this time. The best parts to me is the revolving belt that passes by your table and the variety of condiments offered. Enjoy!
Good food BUT don’t stay past 11:30pm or they charge $17! Despite their hours being until 12pm. Me and my family finished eating around 11:15pm. Workers stood at the front talking and waited to drop the check at 11:35pm which we thought odd because no one else was in the restaurant and they had cleaned everything up well before this point.I love this place because the food is great but this rule isn’t posted anywhere I could find. A surcharge for being in the establishment within business hours seems unreasonable. At this time I’m not sure I’ll be back. For the record we left at 11:40pm, again, well within posted business hours.

We discovered Nine Spices Hotpot through an online search for all-you-can-eat hotpot options in the area. While it isn’t a sprawling establishment, it exudes a cozy ambiance. Despite the moderate crowd, the conveyor belt system efficiently shuttles dishes around the dining area. However, depending on your seating arrangement, some coveted items might elude your grasp before they reach you. Consequently, we found ourselves placing orders directly with the waitstaff to secure our desired selections.Regrettably, the staffing levels appeared slightly inadequate, even though the restaurant wasn’t exceptionally busy. Notably, there’s an enticing option to enhance the experience by adding a grilling component, but we chose to forgo it this time. Ample parking spaces were available, which is always a plus.In terms of flavor and freshness, Nine Spices Hotpot delivers adequately for its price point. Overall, our dining experience was satisfactory.

I highly do not recommend this restaurant. Before ordering, we asked for a beer for my husband and red wine for me. I pointed at the red wine selection. He insisted the white wine was what I ordered. He messed up our drink order, so we didn't give him the opportunity to mess up our food. We walked out.
I am baffled on how the place has great reviews, there was red meat going around the conveyor belt in room temperature. Red meat is supposed to be in the cold as it would quickly start to deteriorate, e-coli and salmonella is a serious concern. Be wary about this restaurant.

Don’t be fooled by the reviews! As a person of Asian decent, I know my hot pot! This place was awful. Flies every where and inedible food circling around. Taro was brown and they leave the meat to rotate on the conveyor belt to go around at room temp. It has spoiled because it was black at the tip. Only go here if you want food poisoning. Don’t waste your money. Go to top top hot pot instead!
